Utmost friendly and helpful staff for as long as i have been going there and that's about 32 years and they have the straightest wood in melton Not knocking the other big hardware store but they quite often have warped wood. I think it's how home store it flat that helps.
It's like a small Bunnings store, I had a little walk around and found a few thing's I needed. Staff were friendly.

Great service but as expected they are quiet expensive. When you are the only hardware store in a town I guess you can charge what you like.
Great service and really patient staff ie what is in my brain and what I describe don't often coincide with actual product but they always seem to come up with the right thing.
