Raymond did a comprehensive and detailed report of our brand new build. We even went through the house beforehand and marked out the imperfections thinking we got most things. Luckily Raymond picked up a lot more areas of improvement and even checked areas that we didn’t think of checking. Really happy with the service especially with the same day report. I have used them twice before and each time I was able to negotiate a better price off the contract price with what they found, between $4,500 - $12,000 each time. They are very pedantic and the reports are excellent. Easy to deal with also, nothing is a hassle. Highly recommend them and I am about to use them a third time.

Wonderful service! From the very start, ABPOM was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with arranging a pest and building inspection the same week I called. I highly recommend them. I have had two inspections completed by ABPOM in the past few months while I have been searching for a home to purchase. The inspector was very thorough and saved me a lot of money and future heartache by identifying a number of potential issues with the first home I had inspected. The second home and the one I am now purchasing included another thorough and helpful inspection report. A report that made me feel comfortable in purchasing the home. Naarah at the office, shared with me in the excitement of finding the right home for me and my family. Where to start? ! This is the first time I have ever had my house sprayed for pests. I spoke to a few other places, but Naarah was brilliant. She answered all my questions and then some and provided useful infromation to help the treatment last as long as possible. Brilliant customer service and even did a follow up a week later.
After deciding to go ahead the next day, Raymond came to the rescue within 3 hours and did the most brilliant job. He was friendly, informative, accommodating and even did some areas twice. Raymond did such a thorough job there is no chance anything was missed.
The chemical used is from a daisy and is natural, no smell whatsoever!
ABPM may be a little more expensive than competitors but they are worth every cent. This is something we will definitely maintain. Thanks guys!

We had to find someone local to conduct a pre-purchase building and pest inspection and we had no recommendations. We came across these guys online and we were so relieved with the fantastic service. They were calm and professional in what can be stressful and time sensitive circumstances. The reports came back to us electronically within 24 hours which meant we could put in our offer on the house once we had a better idea of its condition. The reports were so thorough - equipped with room by room descriptions and photographs of any known defects - we will be able to refer to these reports when engaging in repairs in the future.
