2 Can not express how happy my partner and I are with Vic Home Group and the amazing staff we have had (Rachael & Karla) guide us through the steps of getting our home! Karla has made us feel welcomed when we first went to her and continued to do so each time! Every bit of details were answered and all our requests were met in the best way possible!
Rachael was amazing at our colour meeting, explaining and helping us understand each and every detail before making a final decision!

My partner and I are first home buyers. We got in contact with Rohit Neb at the Greenvale Display in Melbourne and were blown away by his willingness to go above and beyond for us. He was able to create a floor plan that fitted all of our needs and wants and even offered suggestions that we hadn't even thought of to maximise living space and create a more welcoming environment! Overall a great person to work with as a first home buyer.
Throughout the next section of pre construction, we worked with Tiarne M during colours and Emma P as our contracts administrator.
Tiarne was able to convert our ideas into visual displays during our appointments and explained why our colour decisions worked towards our goal and which ones didn't work for the overall idea we had. Even after our appointments, she made herself available to offer support for any questions we had thought of later. An incredibly friendly person who removed any indecision my partner and I had with choosing our colours.
Emma's customer service is among the best we have ever received. Not only did she provide detailed answers to literally every single question that my partner and I fronted her with, but did it in a way that didn't make us feel silly for asking, was reassuring as 'naive' first home buyers and was always prompt. I cannot remember a question remaining unanswered for longer than 24 hours.
Overall, we cannot wait to build our second home with Homegroup.
I will forever recommend them to all of my friends and family and truly hope they get the feel the comfort and enjoyment of the process just as we did.
