I called Soheeb at 9am and he was here at 10am. Very friendly and professional service. I thought I needed a new hard drive for the cctv but he tweeked a few things and formatted and the system is perfect, saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Highly recommend and better still, he is local, I would rather support a local business I’m in Tarneit and the business is Truganina.

I wanted to install CCTV cameras around my house.
My daughter telephoned Soheeb 4 times at my request as I am not tech savvy. He was very patient to explain how the technology worked and the pricing.
My daughter also sought quotes for similar systems and installations from other suppliers - but none were as economical or quick to provide responses than Soheeb.
I was confident to arrange the installation appointment.
On the day of the installation, Soheeb arrived on time and confirmed the work he would do.
He and his assistant set up the system within 6 hours, then gave me an easy to understand explanation of how to watch, rewind and use the camera system on my TV.
He also installed a doorbell security camera, and explained how to use it too.
His work was very tidy and he removed all the empty boxes and rubbish after the installation.
I am extremely happy with his service and will recommend him and his company to all my family and friends.

Soheeb the owner was Professional and we had super great service. My house got security cameras and my friends house as well. I had 6 camera system installed, and had no problems. I did have Hawk-vision stickers around my house, which I would have preferred to be asked before installing, but apart from that the service was exceptional. My friend house had two issues with one camera, however each time, Soheeb was responsive and very quick to fix. Overall exceptional service, quality workmanship, while one camera out of 10 that was installed on the day across two house had two issues months passed the initial installation, each repair and fix was quick as possible especially in lockdown. Thank you Soheeb, will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Very happy, knowing my family and myself are safe. Thank you!
