Holy Cross Centre

We organised a meditation retreat in December 2023 at the HolyCross Centre. We found the staff, particularly Mayrose very friendly and great at providing all the details and the facility was wonderful. The participants had positive feedback about the services, rooms and amenities, gardens and the large spaces for group discussions etc. Overall was a great experience had by all attending from other countries and all over Australia. Great spiritual and homely atmosphere. If you are looking for a group spiritual camping centre, this is the best place for it

Beautiful place. Stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. Very neat and clean. Rooms were good. Loved the spacious modern bathrooms with readily available hot water. Toilets were clean with plenty of tissue papers in each toilet (so we didn’t have to search for it every day). Plenty of modern washbasins available for everyone’s use. Grateful for the hair dryer and ironing box provided there which we normally won’t see in a retreat centre. Spacious dining hall, with variety of options for breakfast available from 6am every day. Overall pleasant experience, would love to visit again.

Very ideal for church conferences. Rooms to share in pairs. Shared bathrooms. Lovely grounds. Breakout rooms available. Helpful and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Beautiful chapel and huge. Presentation facilities available. Highly recommend

My church did an Alpha Retreat in this place and it was wonderful. Got to sit on the grass area with my friends and do some prayer.

Immersed in verdant, beautiful surroundings, the Holy Cross Centre is a place defined by sacred spaces conducive to personal reflection, meditations and contemplation. The rooms and the conferences area are very comfortable. The service was excellent, with the staff to be commended for being very attentive and effective in catering to my dietary requirements.

It is a beautiful place to have a stay-in program. Close to Nature, Not far from the city…Hospitality of all staff especially Mayrose is highly commendable.

Amazing staff and service! The facilities were extremely apt and not to mention the food which was *chefs kiss*. If you're looking to find God or just some rest, this is the place.

It's such a peaceful place. The garden's are gorgeous and the food is phenomenal! I had such a great experience here. The bathrooms were consistently well kept and cleanliness was not an issue for a germaphobe like me!

The venue and amenities is amazing and caters perfectly for small or large groups. The grounds are accessible and the kitchen facilities make it super convenient to do teens and youth programs as well.
The staff went above and beyond our expectations and were extremely accommodating throughout our long program.

I have had wonderful experience at Holy cross centre. The staff are very friendly and warm and are more than happy to assist. The outdoor chapel was the highlight for me. A perfect place to gather thoughts and freely pray. Thank you for us from Jesus Youth for the weekend.
