In my 10 months of being here, it has been living hell. They tried to charge me $9000 instead of $1500 due to incompetent staff providing incorrect information.

Our teacher constantly provided wrong due dates, leaving the entire class almost failing due to his dreadful communication skills. It is clear that education is not even a thought here.

One of the teachers there was is super appalling. I paid at least 2k for my Cert 4, just to receive very little help and told that "you should know this stuff already". Furthermore when it came to submitting our assessments, we didn't receive proper feedback and assistance. Would NOT recommend Holmesglen!

Asians don't go to this university. This is the most racist university in Melbourne. The lectures and staff are very racist Don't waste your money.

Currently studying Horticulture at the Glen Waverley campus, it's been lots of fun and have learnt some really great things! The teachers and department are very supportive and are keen to answer any and all queries you may have. The facility is really great, the outside space (Green house and grounds) could do with a bit of an overall though, apart from that, a great campus, supportive teachers and a great location close to PT. Thanks:)

I have left holmesglen after one year I have 9 units in floristry and have a sub acromial Bursitis of the left shoulder at the momment. Carrying my floristry accessories to class 3 days a week for 6 months after 6 months I got a backpack travelling up and back for nearly 6 months no money to buy bag because of the course costs and Scholarship being eaten into because work should have been marked earlier I put in many complaints at holmesglen complaints and went up and back 4 times in one week to get my units printed off rather than the school allowing me to do on one day like I asked for the end of term for me at holmesglen I only got 4 units in the first round work was marked at the last minute so not enough time to resubmit. My arm is in a sling now and I may need a steroid ultrasound guided injection upcoming. Ive applied to have my 9 units credited and to do certificate 111 In Floristry course elsewhere.

First time at zest. Presentation was superb, staff very polite and accomodating.
Unfortunately my open steak sandwich was not very pleasant, steak tasty but full of fat and sinuwes, unable to eat it all. Dessert was delicious. Will give it another go.

2.5 years doing a a triple advanced diploma in naturopathy, nutrition and herbal medicine. Management and admin was terrible. Most of the educators were excellent but the 3 running our course in the last year were awful. It was like the witches of east wick running the show. There was favouritism, bullying and outright unprofessionalism. One “teacher” would actually have screaming matches with a particular student. Sometimes, assignments wouldn’t even be marked or returned. One teacher even played dumb when we would ask for our assignments back. I thought I was actually in a bad dream. The teachers In the final year were A bunch of flaky hippies with delusions of grandeur. They wouldn’t last a day in a “real” university.don’t waste your time here.

Terrible uneducated teachers, educators always leaving, course material gets messed up, campuses shut down, students left anxious with no options.

Seems like most of the reviews are the same about this place. The staff have no idea whats going on. You hear one thing and when you receive paperwork, its totally different. Staff consistently make mistakes and blame other staff or say 'You must have miss-heard'. They can't tell you what days of the week your classes will be 2 weeks before they start. They tell you classes will be '2 Days during the week, 1 Day on the weekend' but then you will receive your class schedule and it will be 4 days a week, all Monday-Friday. And the worst part is they will stuff up and miss inform you on the cost! How is this place still running? Do they understand people are paying thousands to attend?

Had an urgent issue that needed to be sorted. Staff had given me wrong information regarding fees. Attempted to speak to someone, wrote email to complaints, still waiting to hear back.

We had a saying in my class. "should have gone to Chisholm"
At first it was a joke, having finished the year it became a truth.

The apprenticeship support service is a joke if you are looking for a job, rob forgets who you are thus never gets back to you with any job or updates.also $4 for parking a day is ridiculous

In my experience the staff are great at forgetting YOU are a client paying TENS of thousands for a SERVICE.
Facilities are good, their needs to be a culture change amongst teachers and admin.
I am paying out of my ass to get as little help from my teacher as possible.
Very unhappy.

Need to switch to an international student receptionist. She doesn't respect the diverse cultures even ignored me
Is it because I am not good at English?
Don't forget I am an international student and I paid a lot of money to this school

First impression is important, what I got there this morning, not impressed, the international student receptionist, seem very confused, even tell lies that they send emails about orientation, what joke, treat international students with respect, they are paying big bucks.

Great learning mentors, cost of parking is a joke. No opportunity to bulk buy tickets for months.

The staff are lovely, but it's such a shame how disorganised they are. For some reason, they dumped all this work on us within the last month of the year, when we had a whole year to do it all or at least the semester. It was literally impossible to finish all the work by the due date and teachers often lost your work and would require you to resubmit it. Don't get me started on the cost of parking, and then price of the canteen food.
