Holmes Hall

Had our very chill Baby Beers here and it was the perfect venue to catch up with a decent group of friends. Service was 10/10, everyone commented what a fantastic venue it was and how attentive the staff were. Thank you again!

Very tasty food, wide selection of beers for every taste and great customer service. I’ll be returning with everyone.

Nice range of beers.

A recent visit left much to be desired, the highlight of a chicken parma was the salad! The parma had a very soggy crumb, chicken was small and overcooked, chips were soft, without any crunch and underseasoned. Lastly the plate was thrown together in an unappetizing way, like some 8 year old that didn't want to help with dinner had actually done it! Others had similar complaints. None of us were happy with the meals and we won't be eating there again. $28 for a horrible meal.

We reserved the sunroom area for a birthday gathering. The space was lovely and we could order food/drinks from the bar or have them delivered to our table using the QR code. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was great too.

The staff at Holmes Hall are always so welcoming and happy to accommodate. The gnocchi was to die for and the atmosphere is warm and cosy. Would highly recommend for atmosphere, value for money, food/drinks and hospitality.

I had the steak and chips - the steak was good and the chips were some of the best I’ve ever had. They don’t do coffee but there’s a place called Chew Chew 1-2 mins away next to the station that does coffees if you need one. All in all I’d come back!

Delicious, fresh food. Great friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern venue. Loved the games to entertain the kiddies.

Awful. Staff blatantly ignore you. Pre occupied with making themselves drinks. We received no service. Food was tasteless. One star for the nice Greek salad everything else fried. No coffee. Definitely a young persons hang out. Wanted to have afternoon drinks with my ladies outside in the nice weather. This was not the place for it.

Got the lamb gyros was $23 and very disappointing, hardly any salad, and like 3 small pieces of lamb. Was essentially bread with a bit of sauce. I've had better for $6.50. Other people at the table got chicken Parmas, which looked OK.

Probably wouldn't go again. Maybe for a drink, the atmosphere was good. Staff were friendly.

Bar staff, the attention, food an drinks is just number one. This place is making Moonee ponds relevant again! Also Dog friendly! Love it

The atmosphere when you step through the doors is amazing.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The dinner menu has a great variety and is extremely tasty and they make a mighty fine cocktail.
Definitely my new regular hangout.

We throughly enjoyed our dinner with friends at Holmes Hall last Saturday nite, the food, service and atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back.

Hands down the best venue in MoPo! Staff are super friendly - (especially Lachlan) and food is great. We come frequently for trivia which also has a great vibe.
Absolutely love the beer garden.

Food was hellishly expensive, but let's face it, you go here for drinks. It's apparently very cool, but didn't enjoy it.

Great venue. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, good food and drink selection. The Holmes Espresso Martini is a winner.

Trivia on a Wednesday is always fun too, and they have a shuffleboard table which is always a winner.

Very casual. Order from your table using the QR code. Nothing fancy. Service is fast despite it being busy. Noisy. Drag Trivia or something going on in the back section. I don't think I'll be back.

We had an event here and the communication and service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend
