Hollywood Nails Werribee Plaza

Yesterday I went to Hollywood nails, it was worst experience coz I asked them to do almond shape but they have done something eles, will not recommend anyone, not going again ever I think I waste my money very bad

Got my nails done 4 days ago, I asked at 3: 50pm are you able to do it, lady said yes! And at the end they just rush on my nails, one nail breaks this morning, rest no shape.
Asked Acrylic did SNS.
Poor management.

The staff were not the best they were very rough and they took a very long time doing my nails and after a week they started to fall off and also kind of rude aswell! Don’t recommend this place for special occasions or anything else! And the dipping power (sns powder) isn’t very good quality! And they’re very expensive too!

Very unhygienic I went with my cousin to get my nails done and when the lady was done with my nails she used the same nail file she used on me on my cousin and when she went to use the drill I could tell the the drill bits had dust on them and had already been used

Worst SNS ever. The process was done in a very strange way and then she filed around the edge of my nail with drill file so they looked like old school stuck on fake nails and grew out after a week.

NEVER going here again. I went today and asked if I could get my nail polished removed and she looked me up and down and said "we don't have time. Too busy". There was hardly anyone in the shop and I would've been happy to come back later but she dismissed me and ignored me. Absolutely disguting customer service and will never go back there again.

If I could give this place no stars I would spent two hrs at the salon for a spa pedi which she made my toe bleed the way my nails where painted was shocking the lady next to me was complaining as her acrylic nails where very thick.will never go back again,

Left with very nice nails, and she listened to me when I asked for a few changes- price was okay (not v cheap but i’ve paid more for worse), besides maybe engaging more with the customers (as she didn’t talk to me the whole time) I would say it is a good service

I’ve been here 2x already, it’s nice however, it bloods when they remove the cuticle.and some staff are not that friendly:)

Disgusting service, so rude and arrogant. Both mine and my daughters acrylic and sns (tips) lifted after 5 days. They were also SO crooked and poorly shaped. I actually was hiding my hands rather than showing them off. The “spa” pedicure had cold water and no bubbles and the massage was 1.5 mins long between both legs! We were desperate to get our nails done for an event and should have left when we saw that it was the only salon in the plaza not busy. Why do people run these shops if they are going to be so miserable and provide poor products.

I used to love this place but when they started to change the staff this place became worst! The lady who did my nails is very arrogant.my nails is crooked and didn’t do it properly.the french tip is in a bad shape as well.i will never going back to this place ever again!

Got my nails done here today. Lady kept hitting my hand telling me to relax and was very rude. Very rushed paint job and was not even covering parts of my nail, I got sns on my real nails and by the end of it my nails look fat and fake!
I went straight to another nail place and had them take it off. Never again!
I have never seen my nails look like this before, absolutely horrific and now I’m out of pocket because I had to pay out more money to have it all removed and done again.
Not happy at all!

Werribee plaza salon: They didn’t give me the shape that I asked for on my nails and I got lots of cuts around my nails. They are all sore!
Will not go back there ever again.

I haven’t had sns done since before Covid lockdowns last year and today, I finally made the decision to go back to a place I’d generally had good experiences with. Unfortunately I left today with the most hideous looking sns job. The nail technician was rough and snagged the skin next to two of my nails to the point that they bled. She dipped my nails so many times (more than I’ve ever had in previous experiences) so that by the time I left, my nails felt heavy. The sns was so incredibly thick and uneven and not all of my nails were a consistent size. I was too embarrassed and angry to go back that I went to another salon and showed them the botched job I just had done. I’m at least happy to say that the place I went to next was absolutely amazing.

Made an appointment for pedicure, not expecting to start the session immediately as I can understand a bit of wait can happen. However I waited for more than half an hour with my feet soaked in the water before the actual session starts. From my observation they just took on way too many customers than they can possibly serve which is a waste of customers’ time. The end result was a rush job. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment if one can’t stick around the time frame.

Worst sns without extension I’ve ever had done. As my nails were already long and wanted to keep it that way. After not long two of my nails chipped and one of them broke right off. Also the back part of the sns was getting caught in my hair and anything else similar to hair. The only positive thing I can mention is the shape the lady gave me, which I was happy with but unfortunately the rest was poorly done. Unhappy customer!

I have been coming to this place for years. Lovely service and the quality is amazing. My nails always stay perfect for weeks! I always do SNS manicure and Gel pedicure!

Would definitely recommend this place. My mum and I got our nails done together and we were blown away by the exceptional service. I got SNS done and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Everyone working here is extremely patient and friendly so thank you legends, we'll be back!

Had my nails done today SNS refills absolutely love the colour and also love the Silver that was used on two of my nails.
