Horrendous nails, shaping was wonky, I’ve got glue all around my nail on my skin, I didn’t get the colour I chose and when I said ‘I don’t think that’s the colour I chose’ they pretty much ignored me. There’s hair stuck in the sns on my nails. The sns is lumpy and not smooth. Really really disappointed.

Don't recommend! Had a Pedi today. It was so rushed. Uncomfortable and it actually hurt so much.

I had my nails done 11 days ago - tips with acrylic and normal nail polish. They’ve been lifting for a few days already.
I usually do my nails myself but thought I’d treat myself and get them done professionally for an important event I had, however I will not be getting them done again, especially here. I have to remove them as they’re lifting so bad now. A set should last AT LEAST 2 weeks, i can usually go 3-4 weeks with no lifting.
I called to ask what can be done about it and they said “come in and we can look”. However, I don’t have time to go in before it hits the 2 week mark due to work and the shops opening hours.
$80 down the drain - extremely disappointed and won’t recommend this salon to anyone.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve never had such I bad pedicure and it was $60! I had to go home and try to fix the damage that was done. My toe nails were rough, so I had to file them. I can’t even do anything about the polish because it’s gel. The woman talked to her coworker the whole time and was so distracted by constantly looking at her that I was afraid she was going to cut me. My husband looked at the bottom of my feet and you could see where she did and didn’t scrape the dead skin off. They look like tiger stripes. She also forgot to cut my cuticles first so she did it after painting them, which of course, messed up the paint. The place wasn’t very clean either. Wish I had been smart enough to take one look at the way their business was, and walked right back out, so that was my fault.

That was the worst pedicure in my life. Not recommended at all. They don't have any professional workers.

I don’t get why people are leaving bad reviews? I’ve been here twice and I’ve adored my nails both times, i was never treated poorly and the customer service was good, especially as I’m someone who has bad anxiety when it comes to getting my nails done, I love this place

Took my little girl in for a special day to have pedicure and manicure done together. She requested for a special sign and was told to pick plain colours instead instead of being accommodating to the complete her request. She was a little disappointed with the experience provided.

We will not return to this place - Your business lost a decent sale for the day for as both of us wanted matching sets of special design.

We found a more accommodating venue to complete our nails the way we wanted them to be rather than what was convenient for the venue.

My daughter saved up her own money to get her nails done at Hollywood Nails in Eastland. She paid $90 and the nails were appalling and began chipping within 3 days. The manager was rude and confrontational when I (calmly) tried to address it with her and find a solution. Ultimately we just had the nails removed and blew the $90.

Terrible! Service was rude. Nails were wonky and I had to go and buy a nail file to shape them myself. 16 year old girl next to me was made to bleed and cry! Then she was told not to use antiseptic! Nail technicians made jibes in Mandarin thinking I couldn’t understand them. So rude and unprofessional. I have nail glue all over my hands and was overcharged. Was quoted $55 and once I sat down and started told $60! Don’t go here!

Really terrible job of my nails today. At one point the woman clipped some of my nail out accidentally. The finished product is gloopy, one nail only has the clear finish on half of it, the others have bubbles, a fair few are so gloopy they're attached to my fingers and I've had to try and file them into some semblance of a nail shape. The woman was nice, but that's the extent of where the good ends.

I paid $65 for my nails. They were not to the standard which I had of liked.they were crooked, messy, and the ladies who worked on my nails were extremely rough and butchered my natural nail.i’m not a nail technician and I’m sure I could’ve done it better myself. I’m very disappointed and I will not be returning to this nail salon.

I went to this shop to have my nails done. After having a seat, there was another customer coming through the door. The worker left me and attend to the other customer. I had to wait for 20 min for another worker to attend to me again. And this is after I decided to leave!

The staff are very rude and did not do half of the work other nail saloons do.
They also over charge.

I had my nails done here and one of the girls filed so hard my finger was bleeding, when I asked if I got a compensation discount they still charged me $50 (the price I was originally going to be paying)
