I had very bad experience with them, I got fungus my 5 fingers was fungus.when I went there to take my SNS off! They try to charge me for that, its not enough I got fungus i was paying to doctors to heal, they should shame there self plus they don’t sanitise there equipment they were very rude too I don’t recommend ti any one

Very unprofessional service, leaving the customer in the middle of the process & no idea for the next person to continue the service. Work is not neat at all.

I have been coming to Hollywood Nails for years & would not go anywhere else. This morning I went in for a pedicure & SNS on my nails. My usual. I was left with my feet dangling in tepid water for 20 minutes, when the girl came to start my pedicure I informed her that I would only get the pedicure and come back on Monday for my nails because I now didn’t have time for both. The expression on her face said she cracked it, she turned the bath off, phoned someone, then turned to me & said I could come back on Monday & get both done. She then walked away & I was dismissed.
I’ve gone downstairs to try out that salon & I won’t be returning to Hollywood Nails in Brandon Park

My daughter and I absolutely love this place. This was our 2nd time having SNS nails done in 2 months. Great customer service and soooooo many colours to choose from.
We highly recommend you try this place out. We know we won’t be going anywhere else. ️

This was $50 and i have bumps, very thickness and glue everywhere on my nails.i’ll never be going back

Certainly would not recommend this nail salon. I'm generally a person who doesn't fuss over small situations. I've been to nail salons at the glen, narre warren, Chadstone, Melbourne CBD, Springvale and even overseas. I've endured bad customer service before but I've never been disappointed with my end result.

Firstly, This was my first time here. I didn't feel too welcome at all even though there was no customers at all at this particular time. But this wasn't something I hadn't been through before so it was all fine. I was asked what shape I wanted and I generally like Coffin shape, but I was a little worried cause my nails weren't too long. When I expressed my concern about it but I was assured it would be fine. So I went ahead with it.

Everything else was going fine until I felt my nails were being filed a little too much. Then I felt a pain and it turns out that I was bleeding. She apologised at first and it would have been fine if she left it at that by accepting her fault, but then she went on to say the issue was because I chose the coffin shape. Didn't realise coffin comes with bleeding. She then asked me if it was my first time getting my nails done and if this was my first time getting coffin shape. I told her certainly not, I had done this many times. She then said 'They probably didn't do the coffin shape right then'. It was pretty pathetic to make a remark like this, one- its irrelevant to the fact that you've made my nail bleed and two - you haven't seen the others work, so not sure how you could come to a ridiculous conclusion like that.

I did not utter a word I tried so hard to contain my disappointment and also to think I came here for a pampering experience and come out with a bleeding nail and being told the reason is my poor chose of shape (mind you she did not dispose the nail file that I had bled on so I largely question the hygiene at this place - and while my nail was bleeding she used other instruments as well).

At the end, I was asked to pay full price- $41. At this point I was fuming and yet I still didn't say much. The lady who asked me to pay was quite rude as well as she was trying to explain its cheaper to pay by cash but I didn't have cash on me. I said i'll pay by card and I think she tried to repeat the same thing to me which I didn't quite understand. She gave me a frustrated sigh and said something in her language.

This place is honestly just not worth it, there's far better places close by. Had they just accepted their fault and maybe given a discount since they didn't fulfil their service to standards, I would have accepted the apology. But to be told this was my fault and then being asked to pay up full (extra money as well as its a card payment) in quite a rude manner is just not on. Very disappointed

Very friendly and professional employees, who did an amazing job with my SNS and pedicure. My nails look fantastic! It was also very clean.

Very friendly staff! Excellent work and more importantly very hygienic and clean. Instruments are cleaned and sterilized which is important for me being in medical profession.
Highly recommend and love their Ombré Sns for my nails.

Poor quality product. Using Old colours that fades within 24 hours and the owner takes no ownership of this. Very disappointed

Really nice and great nails done, didnt really get a chance to talk with the nail tech but thats ok and another thing was they had little colours to choose from and some old polishs that didnt look good, but overall really nice!

Amazing customer service and they always do a great job. Tammy and Hanna are great nail technicians and always so friendly!

I had my nail done SNS today by Mrs Tracy. She's very good, the color looks really good for my skin tone. Definitely will go back next time. And btw they have the membership card to so we can have 10% discount.

Saloon is now under new management and doing exceptionally well. They provide great customer service and a great environment. Customers are offered tea, coffee or water which is very generous and not offered in other places. Tammy is great and I really love getting my nails done at Hollywood Nails Brandon park

It’s really good impression, hot towels for hands and legs, massages, and wide range of nail colour. The shop looks nice and clean, even with massage chair and they give drinks and chocolates. Friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. They also have unique designs and a highly skilled team. My nail tech Hana was lovely and I really appreciated her attention to detail. Omg! This place is amazing! I love to get SNS with tips every two months so I keep exploring places to find ‘THE BEST’. Well, this is it!
The people working here are sweet and super dedicated. A lady named Tammy did my nails, she has been doing this all her life which was well reflected. The tips lasted longer than usual. The colour and finish was flawless.
No matter how busy the place is, there is always room for one more ️
