Amazing stay at the Verandah View Cottage. Incredible nature views, especially from the jacuzzi. Stephen is an exceptional host, customer service was top-notch—attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend for a perfect escape.

Best B & B that I have ever stayed at. Room was immaculate. Breakfast was superb and the atmosphere was absolutely serene. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with a lot to see. This is the perfect place.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was lovely. Steve the owner was accommodating and was wonderful to deal with. The room was decently priced for the area and was a good size as well.

It’s a great location with a beautiful outlook! The gardens are large and fantastically maintained by the owner. I cannot fault the customer service and that was from the very first call to when we left. It’s our go to place to stay in the Dandenongs. Try and book the suite with the spa on the balcony if you can, it’s awesome. Spa, glass of vino and look out at the trees. That said we stayed on one of the other suites and it was lovely too. Can’t recommend enough

We stayed in the Garden Suite and wow it was beautiful, the decor, the finish, the thought that was put into it was too notch. My husband and myself will be staying here again, our breakfast items were truly delicious. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The surrounding gardens and decks are magical and the owners wonderfully kind.

We used holly lodge for our wedding accommodation. The property was excellent for photos and provide great space in the rooms for everyone to get ready. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We will definately be staying again

After arriving from a 4 hour inbound journey we were warmly greeted by Steve then shown in to our beautiful accommodation. Its much bigger than it looks in the pictures with a large lounge with a very comfortable couch, good size fully functional kitchen and a little weber on the deck or a charcoal weber out in the garden.

The bedroom comes with a large very comfortable bed and a very beautiful walk out deck with a breakfast table and lounger overlooking the fantastic garden. The bathroom was ultra clean with a great large shower and good privacy and it wasnt small and pokey.

The deck adjoining the kitchen is just sensational, high above the ground with another lounge to take in the views of the city through the trees, a great alfresco dining setup and a hot tub with the best damn views in the dandenongs.

We have stayed in many places and enjoy exploring new ones, but this will become our base when visiting the dandenongs and yarra ranges its just superb. Well done Steve you have something special here i hope many get to enjoy it.

P. S.the little coffee machine is a godsend as the coffee in the area is RUBBISH:)

Great location, cute and clean room, nice breakfast supplies and a lovely host. Can’t wait to come back again and perhaps try out one of the suites with a view and bath next time - but the garden suite was just great for a quick getaway!

Steve and Annette are fabulous hosts and the accommodation is fantastic! Would definitely recommend that you stay here if you're planning on visiting Mt Dandenong and experiencing all it has to offer. Pro tip: avoid coming up Old Coach Rd—take Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd instead.

We were really impressed with our stay here. Steve was very welcoming and friendly, our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable, and we had a variety of things to choose from for breakfast. All of this - plus our two staffies got to stay as well! Highly recommend Holly Lodge.

So beautiful so peaceful and steve and his wife excellent host they make you feel like your at home and so welcoming you have access to all areas bbq back porch is gorgeous and great location kids are welcomed also place is well maintained by steve please call steve dirct for booking as he can do a way better deal then the booking sites i highly recommended dtaying here we definitely will be back also bbq's on property also love love love
