Beautiful apartment in a lovely area for a relaxing staycation. Great for a quiet family friendly holiday away from the usual tourist trails. Lovely breakfast too.

Beautiful room leading out onto the substantial gardens and water features. Welcoming hosts, lots of wildlife. A great place to recharge the battery.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Holly Lane Mews. We needed accommodation which was both pet and child friendly. What a wonderful, quite, serene relaxing place it was to stay. Joanne and Brian are so warm, helpful and kind. We had so many questions and had contacted Joanne many times leading up to our stay and she was always more then happy to answer our questions. We stayed in the large 3 bedroom accommodation. It was very neat and tidy with a fun pop of colours on the furniture with a lovely antique vibe. My daughter loved to pat the horses and look at the goats (Billy and Bruce) and cows and birds on the property. Thank you, we look forward to organising another stay in a couple of months.:)

We spent a few days here with our 2 year old, and it was lovely. The accommodation is well thought out and comfortable, and the gardens and grounds are gorgeous. The resident goats and cats were a highlight!

Went here with my girlfriend during Easter and it was lovely, amazing service and we got a free room upgrade! Plenty of nice food places nearby, would definitely come again!

Joanne and co.were amazing. They were very responsive to our queries and they were very knowledgeable and approachable regarding local attractions and events going on in the area. The weekend would not have gone as planned if not for their generosity and willingness to accommodate. 10/10 would recommend again!

Very nice two night stay. Garden is lovely. The bed was luxurious and comfortable but the furnishings have seen better days.

Ideal for short stays. Intertwined with nature, the noise of the city and the hospitality of the owners are excellent, and much more awaits you. Thanks to Joanne and Brian.

Beautiful place, amazing host, spacious rooms. They left us chocolate and the beds were so comfortable. We had the best sleep we have had in a while.
Definitely will come back it is a great price it felt like our little home for the weekend.

Hollylane is one of the most beautiful places to stay relax and breath in lovely fresh air. The gardens are breathtaking and combine beautifully with the relaxing homely environment. The silent starry nights with a glass of red perfect! Very clean and every amenitie you would need. Only 5 minutes to local shops. Easy to forget the hussle and bustle of everyday life. An abundance of fresh local food supplied and helpful hosts made for one of the best getaways. Would highly recommend this lovely place to all. Really astonished how small the room and bathroom/toilet is for this price! The picture on the booking page is cheating it shows a bedroom+living room, but in fact what we got is 13m2 room and bathroom/toilet only 4m2. You hardly can turn in that little space. I don’t know how this kind of room can be charged for 220AUD. We have experienced many accommodations but never so bad, very disappointing. Just hope that this place NOT trick other customers! It is pure CHEAT!

Absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were looking for a short weekend away and this accommodation was perfection. The room was cosy and romantic, beautifully decorated and very clean. Plentiful complimentary food, coffee pods and toiletries. Comfortable, luxurious bed with absolute temperature control for the room. The sounds of nature were magical, I kept the window open just to hear the birds during the day and then the frogs at night (who did eventually go to sleep). To sit by the pond, under the big estate trees, in the morning sun and drink coffee, with nothing but the birds singing was transcendent. Walking around the property was such an experience, so much beauty. I couldn't recommend this place enough, especially for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Wishing I could give more than five stars.

The guesthouse is located just a few kilometers fron the Melba freeway. The room is very spacious with a large double bed and in the lounge area a fold out couch. The rooms are very clean and tidy. No dusty pillows etc. The microwave doesn't function, and will hopefully be replaced before the next guest book the room. The atmosphere is great if you enjoy life on a farm. Three horses and a herd of cattle greeted us whenever we walked around the farm.

Beautiful place to stay, would recommend. The garden is well kept and very nice. The room came with a great selection of snacks for breakfast in a mini fridge which are free to enjoy, no additional charge for the mini fridge. They have 2 horses which are cute. Only negatives are no microwave and no tissues provided.
