A fantastic place to stay. Everything was excellent. My son and I had a relaxing, adventurous time and our 2 dogs loved it. A perfect set up for for a family and their dogs, set in a beautiful part of Victoria. Last but not least the hosts are awesome, a beautiful basket of goodies for both humans & pups. They are very welcoming & friendly while generously allowing guest space and freedom to explore their property. A perfect little getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hollow Log. It truely is a wonderful place to stay with your fur baby. The setting is gorgeous, the property is meticulously maintained and the accommodation is spotlessly clean with all the little touches. Our friends occupied the second cottage, so we had the place to ourselves. The dogs absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back again.

Some places are "dog friendly", whereas Hollow Log is "dog loving". There is a big fenced paddock for the dogs to run in, and dogs and humans are made very welcome in the quality, comfortable accommodation.
The best place to stay if your doggo is more than just a pet

Perfect time away. Clean, comfortable and absolutely heaven for the pups. The scenery is stunning and ample wildlife. Will be back!

We just returned from a two night stay with our dogs and we are already planning another trip! The host Ali came our to see us and made us feel welcomed. Everything was well thought out from the lovely wine and dog treats to the booklet filled with great ideas of things to do. It was a cold couple of days but the wood fire kept us warm and the large movie selection kept us entertained. The dogs didn't mind the cold and had a blast playing together in the large fenced area. Great to keep them from chasing the local roos. Can't fault anything and can't reccomend this place enough

Amazing dog friendly property, great for a weekend break. Large fenced area to let the pup run free. Beautiful bushwalking right next door and a short drive to Daylesford.

We have stayed in the cottage twice. We loved it and so did our dogs. The cottage was comfortable and cozy. The verandah was great for two city dogs to sleep on. And the yard was wonderful to run around in and play ball.

Such a great place for us and the dogs! Everything was thoughtful from the fresh brekky ingredients provided to an enclosed dog play area. The cottage was perfectly clean and well fitted for our 2 night, wintery stay with a fireplace and comfy beds with electric blankets. Nice country stay with the town only a short drive away. Loved it!
