Great massage. Felt amazing after. Saw Carolina once and Charlotte another time. Both were great and managed to get the knots out of my shoulders

One of the best remedial massages I've had in a while. The prices are very reasonable and the staff work wonders on knots and sore muscles.

Mary is an excellent masseuse. Attended for neck and back issues and she was extremely thorough and effective.

I have been a regular patron of this establishment for 2 years. I highly recommend Gonzalo for remedial massage and always go back to him. He is very experienced in pin pointing all the trigger spots. He does firm pressure which is what I need and releases all the tension in the knots. Very professional and always consistent in the high level of of care he provides.

Got a call to cancel me 5 minutes before my apointment. Could hear cricket on in the background which he was clearly focused on, so he actually put me on hold while he watched it. When he did come back to me he hadn’t checked for availability later in the day and then didn’t have any suitable alternative slots. I had to ask for an explanation and only then got a half-*rsed apology.
Really lousy customer service.

Elaine and Carol are amazing therapists. They listen to your concerns/problem areas and work on the problematic areas with care and expertise.

Was recommended by a friend to see Jimmy and I was very impressed! Had excellent technique and understanding of how to treat clients who engage in heavy weights training. Go see Jimmy - you wont be disappointed!

My last 3 bookings with Cecily, Davy and Angela were taken by someone else instead. The replacement was not as good and will get less than 5 stars. The others are 5 stars.

I specifically wanted these therapists, not their replacement. I still see Cecily and Davy on the site, so are they really available?

Excellent massage with great oils, towels and just the perfect pressure. Definitely coming back.

Gus is absolutely amazing! Really great communication and always thorough to understand clients specific needs and pain areas! Gus is very careful and checks in during massage to ensure that pressure is just right and isn’t painful. I often get a lot of pain in my neck and back from sitting in front the computer everyday, my sessions with Gus have become invaluable and melts the pain away! Highly recommend and will continue to be a long term client!

Such a dodge hicaps process.
The worst job experience ever.

They might provide quality of massage treatment but they are using provided numbers from who did not massage to a client. This is quite illegal process.

All kind of massage treatment are rebated with provided number and without any of remedial massage consent form or intake one.

Even worse thing is they are using hicaps provided numbers from already resigned staff without any of permission or being sorry.just said it was accidental use.
The owner said he will say to the staff dont use that number accidentlly.
It is illegal process and they will be on trouble soon.

If anyone want to work in this place, or get massage treatment, I am really wanna say dont trust this bussiness.
Especially as a therapist, this place will steal your provider number.

Hopefully insurance company will inspect well in this place.

Just had a 1 hour remedial with Larissa and it was fantastic! She did a whole body massage and worked on my problem areas but also made the experience very relaxing which is what I wanted. Would highly recommend

The best massages I have gotten in Melbourne. Jimmy is polite and very skilled. Highly recommend.

I have only had two visits but my masseuse already knows when I'll take a bit of extra pressure to remove a knot and when to soothe. It's the highlight of my week and has cured my headaches from being on the computer too much due to remote teaching. Safe social distancing and masks. Everything is wiped down and you record your visit.

Maziej Zasada is a top massage therapist. He helped me come out of my shoulder problem in just 2 sessions, before which i had had 10s of sessions. He is very knowedgeable and makes sure the root cause is identified and fixed. Until then he won't be satisfied. He is the best.

I booked without ever being to Holistic Remedial Massage before and I was very happy when I left. Highly recommended as I walked out feeling much better!
