I've been having my massages and treatments here for several years, I always leave feeling relaxed, pain reduced & stress free. The premises are fresh, clean and very welcoming. The staff are very professional, pleasant, and I get exceptional results. I will keep going back as long as I'm still here.

I have experienced various forms of back and neck pain my entire life because of a car accident I was involved in 35 years ago. I had resigned myself to putting up with the discomfort for the rest of my life, until I had my first session with Holly. Holly appears to intuitively understand what your body needs and where the underlying issues originate. I have never experienced this degree of relief with any practitioner, nor has any practitioner been as committed to understanding and resolving my issues as Holly has. Holly offered more than just treatment, I got a holistic consultation that included a plan for correcting my posture and treat the pain in few sessions that included cupping and remedial message. The result has been fantastic and I have been free of pain since then.

Had chronic lower back issues and feeling very immobile. Have seen so many physiotherapists but never really resolved my problems. Easy, Professional, and Effective Relief!
I have been getting weekly remedial massages with Tony (Remedial Massage Therapist). Tony provides deep pressure to alleviate pain and tension but he also thinks holistically about the issue and suggests practical strategies. He is the most skilled Massage Therapist that I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
