Holiday KARAOKE KTV

The environment is bad and the service is terrible. The smell in the room is suffocating. The machine and sound system are also very poor. The waiter's attitude is even worse. At the beginning, he said that there were nine of us at 20 per person per hour. I have never seen any KTV that charges based on the number of people. He came to see us and we were about to leave, but then he changed his mind and said that the total charge would be 100 for an hour, which was simply bizarre.

I went there with my wife and best friend for a Shisha only. We were outside which was alright but the Shisha was completely tasteless and not clean.

I was absolutely shocked to find out I was charged $60 for that and the clay head was so small that it lasted 20-25min.

It was a total BLOODY RIP OFF. Do not get Shisha there unless you have more money than brains.

Don’t waste your time, money, or energy going to this place, if you want to be robbed dry, pay them a visit, (20 dollars for a vodka and flat coke) gets angry when getting questioned about it, not sure how they are still in business, guess we should have found that out when you walk into a place that’s dead and they are right in your face to get you a drink, (doesn’t even let you order a drink at the bar pushes you outside first and ask what you want) and then you have to pay at the end and get taken advantage off)

Stay away, do yourself a favour

Dodgy place. Was charged $40 for two (2) Vodka Lime Sodas. Both drinks were flat. Asked for full or partial refund but was only offered to replace drinks. We decided to get two (2) Gin and Tonics which were much better but only standard Gin. Would not go back or recommend it.

The apparent manager scammed customers by automatically extending our time without a agreement or a notification that we where close to our expected session time. We where all expected to pay exta hour for a less then 2 minute layover. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as the ethics and drink prices are horrible.

Don’t go here. They purposely charge you extra and the drinks are overpriced.

$18 for a singular drink of vodka/rum

Nearly $300 for a bottle of vodka/rum

The guy argued at the front once he had charged us for two hours stating that we had agreed to extend our time after agreeing that we would only be at the venue for an hour.

The karaoke machine also had no English options.

Pathetic, lazy, scam.

The fried skewers are delicious, especially the Orleans chicken wings, which are the same as KFC in China. Highly recommended. Occasionally, I come over after work to drink some beer and eat some fried skewers. It seems that if you spend 99 yuan, you can have a room to sing, but today there are only two people, so there is no Click for 99 dollars, and invite your friends to come together next time hehe

Hello. Quintus here. Unfortunately, Quintus isn't happy. My associates and I were quoted one price but upon payment were told another. Dodgy and neglectful. Overpriced drinks and confusing karaoke interface. Would not recommend. Apologies for my grumpiness but Quintus does not like being conned.

Came in on a Friday night. Booking process was smooth

No English option, only Chinese
Prices were ambiguous, there was no prompt for discussion about price
Servers are unprofessional, and changes their attitude depending on their perceptions of the customer's wealth.
Minimum of 3hrs per person for $15 an hour is overpriced as well
Drinks are overpriced by about $5
Machines screens are broken, and rooms are lower budget than most places.

Toilets are clean
People were enjoying their time there despite these obviously negligent shortcomings

The interface for the Karaoke machines are in Chinese and are really hard to use. $50 pp for Karaoke was a bit of a rip off.

Had a good date night with my husband, was able to walk on and hire a private karaoke room. Plenty of songs to choose from.

$60 for three little shots need to be reported seen kids walking in there with no ids nothing what an disgrace

This is a total scam. All there devices are only in Chinese. And for less than two hours that we (7ppl) stay we had to pay 336 aud. FYI, it is a price without food and drinks. There plenty of place better than this

I came here with a few friends and it was 40 dollars per person for karaoke was totally not even worth it.on the screen the writing is all in asian.but yeah there are defs better places.

Left after 10 minutes as the machines are unusable. No options for english menu interface and no songs. Owner charged $140 saying room bookings are non refundable. This included $25 for a plate of peanuts.as they are not doing any food. Stay away. Total scam

All skewers were cold even there’s no customer ordering.
The steel tray is just a decoration even though they put a candle under the tray.
Oh, and the pork belly is LITERALLY just HALF OF A small slice of pork belly

Loved the food. Tons of varieties. Loved the sauce my skewers came with. And really glad it's open late night for owls like me. Thumbs up. Keep on guys.
* If u guys mind, if possible add an item of squids as it is. Well, I'd live it. ️

My friends speak highly of this ‘comfort food’ eatery, and I’m glad I gave it a try.
Picked the meats, seafoods and veggies to be deep fried and finished with sauces of my choice.
Luckily I live close by and when I got home it still tastes heavenly.btw, shout out to your waitress, she is super kind!
