2 When checking in, I was given a non-functioning card. The lady at reception let me go knowing that the card wasn't working. I struggled with the elevator for a bit, then came back. She made no effort to correct her error until I came back. Fine.
Like other reviews, finding the parking lot for this hotel is a nightmare. I spoke to 3 different people at reception, none could help. It's like they're reading of a script. Fine.
I paid a $50 bond upon checking in (there's no mention of a bond payment when making the booking BTW). I was told I should get it back a few days after I checkout. Almost a month later, still nothing. Now I have to chase up my money - I doubt I'll get it back.
When checking out the next day, I asked for an invoice for my stay there. The man at reception said "They're system was down" and seemed so disinterested in assisting. I asked if I could receive it by email, he said sure. Almost a month later, still nothing.
Overall, the room was very beautiful, but I will not be coming back here. The customer service is very well below par for the fee they charge!
Excellent place to stay near Marvel Stadium and an easy walk down to the Yarra River and DFO. Rooms were great, staff very friendly
