Holey Moley Golf Club Point Cook

Organised a birthday party of 20 kids.
Not prompt service and diff between what was told/emailed and in actual at venue. Actually you end of dealing with two set of rules. Venue manager is rude and doesn’t bother if you request or ask for.
Good on these guys

Had a recent mini golf Xmas work function the other week. Enjoyed the hostess, the mini golf was fun.
We had pizza & chips afterwards. Sadly, the food was very poor. It was warm, and did not look or taste fresh. I expected better at $55ph.

The line to confirm a group booking had only 2 people in it but took 20min of waiting in the line so we started late, ordered food/drinks and didnt even show after 40min despite asking 3 times, 3 people were sick so couldnt come in group booking yet I was refused a refund for the 3 people that couldnt make it

His assistance during our laser tag and bumper car activities was exceptional, elevating our experience to a whole new level. Nice game of mini golf went just before dinner so wasn't as busy but by the time we left it was getting busy (on a Friday)

Great Fun for all Ages. Awesome for Birthday Party's or Work Events. Different Activities onsite, Arcade Games, Bumper Cars, Tempin Bowling and Laser Strike.

My party booking was all over the place.

*My start time was wrong, as a result I was unable to have the party room I booked.

*my party was moved upstairs to booths and it was chaotic, people everywhere, general public were always trying to sit at our booking.
The tables were split, which meant our party of an inclusive family function was split.

I was told my booking started 2pm. My guests arrived 1.45 and golf didn't start until 2.30. Which meant my guests were waiting for 45 minutes doing nothing.

Fries were served first, guests who were on first round of gold came back to cold chips.

Although our hosts were very lovely, I had to chase updates every 15minutes.
My running list was all over the place.

Laser Tag was supposed to start at 4pm but we didn't go through until 4.20pm.

Again, this made it hard to manage guests and many of them children engage long enough to begin.

Our tables were never cleaned throughout the party. My guests had to constantly remove empty dishes and traysand wipe tables,

Other parties booked in the same area were always left dirty with empty dishes everywhere.

The toilets were dirty and floors were so sticky that it was hard to walk on the floor.

Tryed to call to book a couple lanes to bowl on a Monday 30mins on Hold? Annoying I know your not that Busy

Security guards were pathetic, payed for 18 holes, kept harassing us on our last 9 holes trying to get us to leave. Rushed us so we couldn’t enjoy the experience, won’t be back again

Shout out to Ethan behind the bar upstairs, he was so friendly and hospitable, yet professional! Made us feel we had a friend and his drinks 10/10

Had a great time! The staff were amazing and so helpful. Definitely recommend coming by and will return

Very disappointing that when I tried to book mini golf our group size of 2 adults and 1 under 18 was to small and couldn't book

Spending the school holidays here was fantastic. Kids and mums had a great time. Big shout out to Jess for being so amazing. Her smile and hospitality makes our day really enjoyable.

The only reason I gave one star is the putt putt.
The staff are too busy talking amongst themselves,
The food has got to be the worst in Melbourne if not Australia.

Took the kids over school holidays for some fun. I just wanted to say how nice and friendly and helpful all the staff were. Such a great team. I was also thankful my son was able to carry over all the tickets he saved from his previous Wyncity card to the new one. Thanks for a great day out.

We were a group of 3 people spent under 20 minutes and spent around $45. It was only 9 holes and a very short area. Game was too quick for that price. Not much going on. Beautiful decor though, but too pricey for us.

They need to get their restaurant into some kind of functioning order, my daughter is still waiting for her mini cheeseburger after waiting an hour, apparently they threw her ticket out because they thought the order was already done.
I’m assuming they won’t charge her for it!
Brings a new meaning to the phrase ‘Holey Moley!
They better get their house in order being a new establishment otherwise experiences like this become known in the area pretty quickly.
