I recently had a situation in regards to a ring I purchased that I quickly decided was not right for me. There were some other issues that were difficult for both me and the staff. I was stressed & worried how it would all be handled but luckily for me I received the best customer experience and empathy from Tania & other staff members. They were wonderful! I ended up purchasing two special rings and love love them! Highly recommended.:)

I am very happy with my gem-set rose gold ring, which was created exactly to my expectations. I was also impressed with the service provided by the Holdsworth staff, as their knowledge and experience in jewellery helped me in getting my ring ‘just right’. I had my engagement ring resized here a few weeks ago and they did an amazing job. Shelly and Jess were so helpful and made the process very easy. Service was very quick with my ring being completed and back to me within a week and a half.

I chose Holdsworth Bros Jewellers as my partner saw a ring in the window and wished to try it on. She described the ring as her dream engagement ring. I returned some weeks later and ran into the same lady who allowed us to try on the ring, “Tania”. Tania was amazing, she remembered our visit and the exact ring we tried on. Unfortunately it had sold however, Holdsworth Bros was able make a custom ring, slightly bigger than the first and to the ring size I needed. Tania was amazing throughout the process. My fiancé is obsessed and constantly tells me how well I did. I can’t thank Tania and the Holdsworth Bros team enough. Highly recommend!

Incredible, the staff gave first class service and support. My engagement ring needed to be remade, Holdsworth liaised with insurance, they kept be informed and they delivered a perfect replica of my ring. I love it, thank you soo much, I can’t tell you how happy I am.

My partner and I were a bit hesitant in walking into this store in fear it'd be the same people from the Knox location. When we stepped in and saw Tania and her welcoming manner we we're relieved. She acknowledged us walking in and told us she'd be with us in a minute as she was serving another customer. Tania was patient and was even apologising for the other store's behaviour (which we weren't expecting). She suggested a great idea for my necklace and that was to add a jump ring on (best idea so i could have the option of two different lengths).

Eastland location is definitely the one to go to!

Ps. Learnt something about Holdsworth. The owner is a gemologist and hand picks all the stones for the stores.

I have always had the most positive experiences buying jewellery from Holdsworth Brothers. Their jewellery is stunning and made with the most exquisite gems and care. Tim Holdsworth and all the store staff are knowledgeable, friendly and make selecting pieces really special. Shanice at Eastland made choosing something for a significant birthday so enjoyable, and that experience really adds something intangible to the joy the jewellery itself will bring. I recently had my engagement ring remodeled and my mums engagement ring resized. My whole experience with Holdsworth Jewelers was so wonderful and amazing. All the staff who looked after me were so caring and lovely. The ladies that looked after me when i explained how i wanted my engagement ring to be remodeled really took the time to understand what i wanted and got it exactly right. When i picked up my ring i was so impressed with the quality of my remodeled ring that i also purchased a new wedding ring to go with my remodeled engagement ring. The quality of my rings and the staff that work in this store is so impressive and top level. They made this experience for me very exciting and special. My partner and I both said on leaving our experience at Holdsworth that Tania easily gave us the best customer service we had ever received. She felt more like a family friend than an employee, and guided us through the different options for my ring. The ring that we found and fell in love with was definitely out of our $$$ budget, but we were more than happy to pay it, for the amazing quality of the ring and for the service Tania had provided. Despite us choosing the ring rather quickly, she still took the time to educate us about the jewellery, which she didn’t need to do.
