HoiAn Nails

I recently got nail infections on three of my nails. The nails were lifting off their base. I also got tinea between my toes. I believe this salon is unsanitary.

Never had a problem- Queenie does acrylic for me, they are thin, smooth and perfect everytime

Has given my friends a staph infection who is now in hospital. Absolutely disgusting.avoid this salon at all costs

Be very careful - my wife has been in hospital with a staph infection for over a week. Operation and ongoing infection treatment and Plastic surgery costing
$$$ thousands.

I've been a regular customer since 2016/2017. I don't go anywhere else. Queenie, Kim, Leanne and the rest of the team look after me often squeezing me in.

Sometimes surprised to read opposing reviews. Sure, we all have different expectations - but respect begets respect, it doesn't matter where you are and costs nothing. I have personally never had an issue or been made to feel anything but a valued customer and I've been routinely for 6 years (minus covid/lockdowns).

My nails are super cute i love them they would get a 5 star if it was a little cleaner and they were a little rough

Rude! If they’re too busy they will hang up and not talk to you. Rather than tell you that they can’t fit you in as a booking.

I’ve had all the girls do a good job on my nails. But Vicky is by far the best and I’m going to start asking for her by name. Such attention to detail, gentle, amazing work. And also more polite than a lot of the other ladies. Great job Vicky t you’re gracious and do good work on top of iT️ Very happy with my nails️

Never going back, offensive staff member, even though I can’t understand their language but the way the talk made me feel uncomfortable, now saw other comments below and proved my thinking was right, they were talking about their customers in a rude and offensive way: The quality of my sns nails was absolutely rubbish, bubble everywhere, edges was sharp, the nail shape was not even. There is a male working there, very unskilled and he is one of the rude and offensive staffs. Price is cheap but you get what you paid for.

I thought I found a local nail salon that I would love. Today was my second time here to get SNS done. Unfortunately my last as well. My experience the first time was OK, despite the lack customer of service I was happy with my nails. Today I got my soak off and SNS redone. As an Asian woman, the staff did not know that my second language is in fact Vietnamese and I could understand all the conversations between the staff. They are absolutely horrible and say disgusting and offensive things about their customers. The man that did my nails in fact commented on how ugly my fingers were and how ugly my colour choice was too. I won’t go into detail about what they were saying about the other customers but all I can say is that it is appalling.

The prices are cheap compared to other nail salons around the area but the outcome and service is not worth the price. I would rather pay more than have such rude comments thrown around. I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to write these sort of reviews but after today I felt so compelled to do so.

I 100 percent recommend this nail salon! The staff are kind and friendly, the prices are affordable and they're very experienced and professional!
