We were kept up to date and constantly informed through the whole sale process with added calls to make sure we were still ok and breathing through what was the biggest sale of our lives! I have been searching for a new home for weeks and goin for inspections. Most of the real estates people don’t answer their phones or Reply to txt. Till I came across Charles from Hodges cranbourne.
I called and he answered and gave me a date for inspection. He was a lovely professional guy took the time to explain and answer my questions.
I liked the place he showed me I made an offer and through the whole time he was replying keeping me updated on the vendors and their consideration. Even after my offer was accepted he was supportive and helped me with best choices to go forward as my knowledge was limited.
