I can only say that I would definitely give more than 5 out of 5 for the amazing service I have received from the team at Hodges. From start to finish the experience has been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble for any of the staff that I have dealt with, any questions I’ve had have been answered immediately. I would go so far as to say that in my 21 years in Australia dealing with Real Estate agencies Hodges is not just one of the best BUT THE BEST. You can be really proud of the amazing team that you having working with you.

I have just signed a lease with Hodges and will be moving into the property in a couple of weeks. Natasha has been a pleasure to deal with, promptly responding to all of my requests.

I rented through Hodges Prahran for over 10 years, and I had a consistently positive experience. The staff were always friendly and professional, and they were always responsive to my queries. They were also very helpful in finding me a suitable rental property, and they were always willing to negotiate on my behalf. David the director also become a friend and helped a lot when there were some body corporate issues.

I had a few maintenance issues during my time as a tenant, and Hodges Prahran were always quick to resolve them. They would send a handyman out to fix the problem as soon as possible, and they would keep me updated on the progress.

I would highly recommend Hodges Prahran to anyone looking for a rental property in Prahran. They are a professional and reliable agency, and they will go the extra mile to make sure that you have a positive rental experience.

Responding to the comment below. Very reasonable to ask renters to pay for carpet that was clearly in need of replacement based on its age and had maggots crawling through. Then suggesting we could dispute at VCAT but would likely need to wait 6 months based on your "experience". So up to us.

I'm sure the landlord who owned the multi-million dollar property needed that money more than us, not like there would be tax benefits or capital gains on that property over the nearly four years that we lived in it.

Totally fair and reasonable.

I leased through this agency in 2021 and their property management team is excellent. Whenever we needed a repair or guidance of any sort they were prompt and helpful. I would like to extend my thanks to Daniel Hutchins who is one of the best property manager I've dealt with in my years of rental. He is knowledgeable and experienced with a can do attitude. If you are looking to lease your property or rent I highly recommend to use services of Hodges Prahran!

We have always found Hodges Prahran to be professional, responsive, efficient and explore all avenues to find suitable tenants. We are always promptly informed of all aspects related to our property and are diligent at returning our calls. Regular rent reviews and detailed property inspection reports are always conducted.

I feel very lucky that I had Surendra as my real estate agent. He has always been very responsive and helpful during my tenancy. Definetly one of the best experiences that I had!

Having used Hodges real estate for a number of years there were constant issues including not paying bills on time, hiring incompetent tradesmen, not renewing leases when they expire and not informing me when the tenants changed. I would not rocommend them

Kate Banham (and Hodges) has provided exceptional service as a property agent for me for the last 3 years. She has a very professional attitude and have been very responsive to emails, phone calls etc. Being it any issue with the property, she was quick to respond, either visit the property herself or quickly send a handy man to assess the situation and get it fixed as soon as possible.
