I found Hocking Stuart Yarraville to be extremely unprofessional. I had to constantly chase them for updates on the sale of our property and it wasn’t until the end of our campaign I realised the young girl running our campaign was in admin. Absolutely appalling, would not recommend these people! We did not sell with them and had to start a new campaign with another local agent, Jas Stephens who sold our property for a great price within 1 week.

If you want an agent with absolutely NO CLUE, then use Fernando Costa. He is THE only agent in the world who thought the 2008 GFC didn't impact property prices. It's hilarious that someone can be that oblivious, that unknowing. The best part is that Fernando Costa thinks he knows and you don't. Now that's real ignorance. If you want an agent with an ounce of a clue and who actually knows what they're talking about, then DON'T USE Fernando Costa.
