I could not fault the experience we had with Damien Spiteri at all. We decided to sign the Agency Agreement on the Monday Night, by the Thursday we had photos taken, House online by the Friday and a amazing offer by the following Wednesday. Such a seamless experience and such fast turn around. We could not be happier with the result or the service we received.

We live in Sydney and were having difficuluties in finding a trustworthy person to deal with to buy an investment property in Melbourne. As a licenced builder and being in the game, it's frankly impossible to have a real estate agent this much supportive putting their shoes in our shoes and doing an extraordinary task!

I sincerly should appreciated what Damien Spiteri did on 7th Jul literally leaving his workplace, driving to a vendor's place and do something which was not in his scope of duties. These guys are just legend.

Flying three times to Melbourne and feeling disappointed by many hopeless agents, Damien proved that there are still few lovely comitted people out there.

I will never use Melton branch of Hocking Stuart. My property was damaged and agent did not do anything instead she said” what is your problem you are getting what is your issue “. I moved to YPA and received best service.
I keep insisting about mold issues but they always try to shut me up saying there is nothing wrong. Very unprofessional behaviour from Chelsea. Very rude and never had time to call back.
When initially signing up everyone was very nice after that no care for customers

Avoid this place because Chelsea was our property manager. First time renting through HockingStuart melton. We originally had a lady named Rita who was amazing! Then she left and Chelsea became the new property manager. She’s the rudest person I’ve ever come across. So glad to never have to deal with her again! If I could give no stars I would. She’s now with Barry plant I believe so avoid that one too.

Personally would never go through the rental department here for renting a property or allowing them to manage your property especially the property manager Chelsea extremely rude and unprofessional have heard and seen nothing but bad things.

Monty is an absolute super start of an agent, we are beyond thrilled with our dealings with Monty!

We are Current Tenants in a rental property managed by Chelsea at Hocking Stuart 100% would not recommend the lack of communication and extremely rude and unprofessional emails I have received from this property manager is absolutely appalling.
I have been told to communicate with my partner better when things were wrong on there end to things being said like “let’s make it clear I don’t work 7 days a week” when all I was asking for was to be communicated with within BUSINESS hours or have my voicemail responded to once back in the office none of this was done
I have never received such unprofessional service from a professional in my life. I will never rent through Hocking Stuart again let alone have them manage a property of ours this will be taken further as it is bulling and I’m sick of the rude inappropriate emails. If there was an option for no stars I would give that.

Had a terrible time with these guys in selling my land, they did not contact us after listing for 10 months we always had to call them, they were selling it for a cheap price not wanting to work very hard. Eventually took it to another agent who sold it for $40,000 more than these guys.also they made us pay for the marketing costs. Seek another agent.

I arranged online inspection with them and after booking no one called. When i called they make excuses, they said the person is caught up with something and will give you a call soon but no one called. I waited for two hours then they said please send someone on your behalf if you can’t do it personally. So I requested my friend, she went there. Nobody came and after waiting half an hour she called. They made the excuse again and the person by the name of Sara came after 45minutes. She didn’t bother to apologise or even greet her. While she was inspecting, Sara closed the back door and didn’t let my friend to inspect the property properly. They don’t care about your time and don’t expect apologies from them even you have to wait for hours. I wish I could give the rating below one.

Damien was absolutely amazing throughout the whole purchasing experience. He offered only support and no pressure at all. Could not speak highly enough of him and the team.

We met Damien at an open house inspection earlier in the year and were very impressed with his professionalism and friendly disposition. It should be noted that we lived in the City of Hobson's Bay and Damien was located in the Shire of Melton. Damien was genuinely interested in getting to know about each member of our family and would communicate easily with all of us. We were so impressed with Damien that we decided to contract him to sell our property.
Damien met with us after hours and thoroughly explained the marketing strategy to us prior to going to market. Throughout the selling process, Damien kept us informed and up to date with any news. We ended up selling our property and purchasing another property through Damien, such was our trust and faith in his conduct and professionalism.

Saria was extremely honest, patient and very professional. She is a more than helpful in finding me the right fit with in my interest and budget. She was always available to answer my questions and show me the house i need to inspect any time i asked and she was helping me to find information and contacts Eg, pet inspection. In general she is a great person to work with.

I have been with Hocking Stuart since 2014. I have always had a good experience until the last year. First negative the renewal came up and no one informed my tenants so there was no lease in place until I reminded them to renew the lease. Of late I have had extensive leak/water damage which has been going on since a year (this leak was not picked up by final inspection but was picked up by the new tenant and had been leaking for some time prior as per photos of leak it did not happen over night) I have tried my best to get it all fixed waiting copious amounts of time for a response from Chelsea. Today she yelled at me on the phone saying she's no insurance broker so go find out from insurance and that I dont know what I am talking about. I have contacted my insurance I have fixed what was reported in a timely manner in order to get insurance guys out to fix the ceiling however that did not fix the problem. I continue to try and get in contact to get these repairs done so I can continue to lease my property out however 1 week replies and no response is costing me time and money. This real estate lacks compassion and empathy they talk to you like you are clueless and do not even try to understand.over 12 Months to get repairs done is ridiculous paying agent fees for a job that should have been completed months ago is unethical. Now the damage is far worse then it ever was all due to lack of care. I do not recommend this real estate, they simply do not care to say the least. I enjoyed having you manage my property but now this has been a complete nightmare. The owner never responded to emails and simply did not care. I asked why this was never escalated and why their staff are not trained properly to actually manage your property. He simply ignored my email and dismissed that there was any error on his part. Do not invest in this company they do not care about your property just the management fees.

We had an excellent experience working with Sarai and her team at hockingstuart Melton, we just sold our home in Melton and Sarai managed to get well above our reserve. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Sarai really listened, cares passionately about her job and hercalming manner worked wonders for us.
