Fantastic real estate agent to rent through - Shannon has been available when needed and responded to emails, calls and texts promptly and assisted in a timely fashion with any issues that have arisen.

I have the upmost respect and gratitude for everyone who has helped me to find, and settle an agreement for a new page in my life story.
I'm not big on reviews but the compassion, and the love that these 3 amazing humans have shown me has been boarding on overwhelming. In no particular order, Karra, Rebecca, and Shannon, with all the warm feelings I can muster, I thank and appreciate all three of u.

Certainly not the best experience. Purchased a property. Questioned asked were not answered but avoided so I was lied to by omission. A continued tenancy was usurped by this agency from the original letting agent without out my permission. When this was questioned I was told that they never disclose names addresses of clients & that another agent was just trying to steal my business. This was in fact what they were doing. Unapproved structures on the property were never disclosed etc.
Bad encounter. Be very cautious with this agency

They have been very helpful and efficient in organising my rental of this property. I did ask about the measurements of the fridge space and have no reply but guess you can't have everything.

We used HockingStuart Frankston for two properties we owned for about a year, they are the most incompetent property managers, I had the debt collectors contacting me for rates that hadn’t been paid, other times they paid the rates twice, they almost paid the body corporate fees twice, until I intervened. Once when I questioned if the rates were being paid, I was told “pay it yourself then”, well if that’s the case, why am I paying you? They have no idea what they’re doing, we had 4 property managers in one year, communication is terrible and they are rude, you basically have to tell them how to do their job properly.
If you have investment properties DO NOT go with Hockingstuart, go with a real property management business, worst thing we did was sign with them, best thing we did was leave.

I have dealt with Mr Aaron Froling from this company- he is excellent at communicating and is an expert in his field. I highly recommend.

Brought property in frankston from them in 2008 and rented it out through them from 2015 to 2021, the service was ok but in last two years I found property managers with not much training, non confident, poorly trained to address current market and leading you on garden path when asked for information or tasks. They do not care about Landlords, we are just a number with $$$ sign

Won't answer texts, calls or emails! Completely unprofessional and poor service. Dont waste your time!
