Todd Newton made the stressful process of preparing and selling our home bearable. He honestly (and accurately) assessed our home and did not raise our expectations to an unattainable level. He kept the lines of communication open and regularly provided feedback after every ‘open for inspection’. He was, and continues to be, open and friendly and always has a smile on his face. I have been dealing with Dorothy Poulikakos from Belle Property for the last 3.5 years as a renter. Dorothy has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for her, she is always very polite and friendly, and most importantly, she responds very quickly to email, text or phone requests and communications, unlike the vast majority of agents.
Dorothy has always handled all issues relating to our rental with the utmost professionalism, but at the same time, we never felt looked down upon, simply because we were renters. Again, this is most unlike most agents.

One of the worst agents I have dealt with so far! Initially while filling the application they said it would take 24-48 hours to process the application and its been a week and no update. I called them everyday and guess what no update. One day a lady named Sophie picks up the call and says calling us doesn't help it will take a while to get an update and immediately I receive an email saying that my application has been unsuccessful. I mean all I did was call and ask for an update! Super rude

Belle Property Caulfield were wonderful to deal with. Professional and respectful, and helped me find the right property without adding any pressure.

I rented a property in Mentone, through Belle for 4 years and Lindsay Leigh took over as my agent. She was a pleasure to deal with, always responsive to emails, any issues were addressed immediately, and she was very friendly and personable. Count yourself lucky if you end up with Lindsay Leigh as your agent or property manager
