I took my 5th scale Roven Baja in to get a new steering servo, after 2 of the staff checked out my car, they told me that I needed this bigger servo that was $100, as soon asi got home and opened the packet, I realised it wasn't going to fit. I returned the very next day with the receipt but was told because I had opened the box they wouldn't refund or exchange the item, Despite the fact that there staff had assured me it was the correct one, poor form, If Darren still ran that shop it would be awesome, but these idiots are useless

I bought 700$ car 3 months ago for my son
He crashed it so I went and ordered the parts from metro hobby same store I bought car from
I’ve been waiting for 80 days for parts and just been played next week and end of the month and then start of the month and then shipment is delayed
Why would you sell cars if you can’t get the parts for your customers
Absolutely ridiculous

I would really like to change this review all I want is for car to be fixed

I have edited my rating not that you did the right thing by me
But I got the parts online and you weren’t rude
However I really do think you shouldn’t wait for your supplier and just get the parts for your customers asap

Finally my son can play with his car after nearly 3 months

Bit disappointed, loved this store but the 150 dollar premium for my trx4 over hobbman who had my preferred colour in stock a bit bummed, didn’t make the same mistake when buying the jato would’ve been a 90 dollar loss. Great store just shows me not to always go where the heart is just because it’s been my store of 25 years previously.

Visited new dandenong shop. I've been going there when they were Hobby Creations. Staff a great help with paints. A good conversation with staff member about different models etc. And close by as well.

I went to Dandenong Metro this morning and Darren went above and beyond. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. Will def be back. Thanks Darren.

Go out of there way to give very good service. One of the few hobby shop’s around that sell gear for the real RC flying people.

Great service, i can find so many stuffs here. Mr Darren, the owner is very skillful and helpful. No 1 in the area!

Attentive service from Mat helping me select the RC bits I was after. Not the biggest range but a nice find and a good place to support particularly with RC stuff. Stock Aussie SMS paints which is a big plus for me. Not my local but a small extra incentive to go to work (which is local)

Great dude very insightful and helpful funny as all hell.

And great help with my charger and battery safety. Don't wanna blow myself up do I.: D

Darren is extremely knowledgeable and will help guide you in all aspects of RC Hobby. He’s helped me put back on the road an awesome little 1/12 road car and gave me an engine / esc and new transmitter that has refueled the fun for me. I also brought a nitro truggy that again he has set up for. Great products, great price and most importantly great service. Thank you Hobby Creations
