Frustrating to deal with and lack of communication. Role of the dice on who you get, sometimes good but recent experience was horrible and made me feel like I was less than human.

Always late in advising your shift. Need to even text them/email just to remind them to confirm whether you have work or not.

Professional, supportive and responsive, the team at Hoban were a delight to work with. Disappointed with service, was accepted for a role and paid for police
Check have had to follow up multiple times regarding rosters.
I have tried to call, message and email consultants involved with the job multiple times and it is so hard to get in contact with someone even if you leave a message for them to call back still have not had anyone give me a callback.
Waste of time, don’t send an email of acceptance for the role and then don’t get back to your clients

Although my time with Hoban was short, i couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Hoban was quick to find me a job that suited my strengths.i was supported with my decisions and felt heard when i had problems. Definitely would go through them again.

As a current employee of Hoban, i am (a little) disappointed that the hourly wage rates 'Don't' increase annually, like many other industries do.
Now in my 3rd year, the hourly rate still remains unchanged.
Yes i have raised my concern (several times) before with Hoban.
