Male H&M staff lied to us and sent us to the H&M CBD store, told us he’d spoke to the H&M CBD store and reserved some shirts that were out of stock.

We arrived and the store manager told us no one had called them, and they hadn’t reserved anything for us, they also didn’t have the shirt in stock.

The guys basically lied to us, seriously can’t understand why he would do that. He’s an Asian guy in his early 20s, he should be sacked.bloody unbelievable.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at H&M Doclands. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is fantastic. In addition to the great staff, the mall itself is also very nice. It's much less crowded than City One, so it's a great place to go if you're looking for a relaxed shopping experience. I would definitely recommend checking out H&M Doclands if you're in the area.

Docklands H&M is the epitome of what all H&M stores should look like. Such a clean bright store, everything easy to find. Was really welcoming. And the staff, Neve was an absolute doll. Really friendly and genuine to all the customers. I was really impressed

Got served by a young lady in the women's section with a english accent today who was quite rude. Otherwise, liked the range of clothing available. Will not be coming back this specific location due to the rudeness of this staff member

The store is good overall, but unfortunately, the male customer service assistant in the men's section was extremely rude to customers. On the other hand, the female staff were friendly and helpful. It is important for the male staff member to improve his communication and behavior towards customers in order to provide a better shopping experience.

One staff was shadowing me giving an eyeroll everytime i picked some items. Am i not allowed to grab items that i want to buy? Very bad customer service by rest of the staff too. The clothes were really great by the way.

Has a good selection of clothes for both men and women. Not particularly busy and pleasant staff.
