Just waited over half an hour in the queue to pay because two off duty staff members were arguing if their staff discount was correct on their HEAPS of items. At one stage they even took over the register screen from the staff member on duty! The worst part was, they thought the ever growing queue was hilarious as they mockingly kept turning around smirking. When I finally got to the counter there was zero apology for the wait. Very disappointed in H & M tonight!

Super unpleasant shop assistants, very dirty changing rooms and a 15min queue to pay. When there were 45 minutes left before closing time, they put pressure on you to go to the queue or leave the shop.

There was a minimal selection of maternity clothes. Actually, it looked like they were selling out this product.

Bought 3pack hipsters when opened at home its only 2pieces inside. Staff negligence. Customer suffer.

Terrible customer service each and every time I have been there. At least 15min wait to pay. On the plus side the kids stuff can be good.

Located in Northland Shopping Centre, H&M offers a great variety of fashion inspired Women's, Men's and Kids clothing.
The shop decor is very modern and well lit, with lots of space for customers to comfortably move around as they shop or browse.
The ambience is very welcoming and staff provide a great service and are very accessible should you require their help.
H&M is definitely a place that cannot be missed, if its quality that you seek.

It’s hard to find a stock. Even the app says in stock when I went to the store they couldn’t find it. It’s a bit disappointing. In the future I wish them to transfer the stock between different subsidiaries.

I have purchased items from Preston store and they have changed me twice when I asked the cashier to refund me the money she said it will directly refund into your account in one or two hours and I didn’t get the money yet

Before lockdown in Melbourne,
I bought the pants by $39.90 and unfortunately I lost my receipt,
When the store reopened I took the pants to change them with the bigger size as the pants were small for me and they told me that my pants worth $5 as I paid $39.95.
I spoke to the store manager (Jake) who was absolutely disrespectful and impolite and saying we just can offer you $5 back.
Absolutely humiliating and disrespectful.
Never ever go back to that Shope again.

Well laid out and presented store. Sizes seem to stop at 36" and no Aussie sizes on anything. Makes it difficult for an old bloke like me. Didn't find anything I could buy.

Well designed shop. Lots of place to move around. Good style, but limited choices. What is there is good. Staff helpful. Overall will have a good experience.
