Very unprofessional they’re signing people up for the 10% discount and there was a line of people with just one item the operator Tyler didn’t even page for assistance, no sense of urgency to help other customers very arrogant

I like the products but the service isn't usually great but Sunday morning was next level bad! The girl serving looked like she was bored to death. No eye contact, no hello, good bye, thank you.

Just bought Pyjama top for 34.99$ and a bottoms for 34.99$ it had a securely tag which girl on register did not remove, I took it back to be removed as on the way out alarm went off, after getting home I realised that bottoms of pyjama were missing. Drove back to H&M just to be made look like I stole the bottom of pyjama, even though there were visibly left on top of the counter in case I returned. I waited for 10minutes well they checked the security camera just to make sure I didn’t still it.
I mean…. Is this a customer service!? Please…. People what you make us look like.
I must say I am very disappointed with the service/treatment I receive today (shame).

Absolutely true this review, we had same issue, HM chadstone is actually a Robber retail. I was shopping there at Black Friday yesterday and they secretly double charge me twice while I pay. And you can image how many people they double charge yesterday, as when I was about yo pay, there was already getting the problems.

They will just tell you, come back for all the way get your money back or just consider those money give HM FOR FREE.

HM chadstone is actually a Robber retail. I was shopping there at Black Friday yesterday and they secretly double charge me twice while I pay. And you can image how many people they double charge yesterday, as when I was about yo pay, there was already getting the problems.
I live 1 hour from the chadstone and their CBD store basically do nothing and no respect.

You will always find a bargain in H&M! There full price stuff is inexpensive and quality and their sale stuff is so dirt cheap for perfectly good end of line stock

Always check your receipts. Went to Chaddy and had a lady called Sajna I think. She was quite distracted and never applied the 3 for 2 pricing adjustment. I was about to lose $20 if I hadn't paid attention. She continued to remain in her own thoughts. Didn't ask for my membership number. Had another transaction at the kids section and that was a breeze!

Service staff are quite helpful but clothes were torn and damaged. Check your items thoroughly before buying.

I usually love H&M but when I recently went with my mum, one of the staff was very rude to her. My mum had been looking at an item as the lady rudely told me mum to put it back exactly were it was. All I gotta say is get your staff to fix their attitude because I do not want to be a Karen.

Nice shop with good looking clothes and ok quality. It is a pity that the fitting room in level 2 (Chadstone shop) seems to be forever closed. In the 2 last times I went there I had to go to level one's fitting room just to find a long long queue line. I gave up both times.

Trying to call and get through to H&M is the WORST. Your 1800 number is useless! Tried to call heaps to times to be put through to an actual outlet but it just rings out! GET IT TOGETHER H&M!

Always very busy. Not too bad waiting in line as it moves quickly. But not a lot of nice clothing that is reasonably priced. Many items seem overpriced for their quality. Change rooms always have a long line.

Staff very nice, very willing to help out. I left a bag in the changing room and one of the staff picked it up for me.

Whenever I come here I always find a cute piece of clothing to add to my collection. The quality of the clothing is very good and the prices are reasonable. Additionally, the staff in the fitting rooms and the registers are always helpful and friendly. Thank you!

They have a great selection of plus sized clothing! It's just a shame it's buried in the back and difficult to find. I'm glad I heard about it because I wouldn't have found the racks otherwise.

One if the male staff was very rude and told us off for sitting even though I have a Brocken ankle and I was waiting for my friend to get her top this behaviour is disgusting and unacceptable I do not think you should go to this shop unless you want to be horribly treated.

Discount sale was on. Amazingly low price. Friendly people who solved exchange issue remarkably well. Great going if you like what they sell

There is so much variety at H&M. You would struggle to not buy anything. Pricing is good, great range of clothing for all ages

Lots of choice in clothing for men, women and children. Some homewares too. All very stylish and inexpensive.
