Large clothing and accessories store with a wide range of male, female and children's clothing, all H&M branded. Reasonable prices and good quality with everything from casual to formal, beachwear, sleepwear etc.
Staff are a bit thin on the ground but there is always someone at the fitting rooms or registers.

I don’t appreciate the customer service. The lady LYNN she is just passing time during bill she should know how to fold the clothes how to do the billing

Customer service zero, 10 minutes till “closing” sorry can’t try on clothes changing room closed. Sales lost right there, what a joke. Training required to sort out your extra…ordinary service

Store is always clean and tidy. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, in particular I had a great experience with "Jemma/Gemma" and "Vanessa" who helped me with my purchases.
10/10 recommend!

The male cashier working there was so rude and he seems like someone who is very arrogant, thinks he is better than everyone else and loves to judge people. I was going to pay for my item but I waited for my family member to come with me as I didn't want to leave them behind and I got laughed at by the cashier for doing that. Really bad memory and made me so uncomfortable. Worst visit out of the so many times I visited. Horrible and disgusting. He acted as though he owned H&M and not just an employee.

Good place for purchasing clothes which are reasonably priced. Always manage to grab a bargain here for my kids. Designs are nice and affordable. Definitely recommended and staff are always helpful and nice.

Staff say they'll call you back to let you know if they can get an item from another store, but they don't follow up with you at all

Not as big as the one in CBD, yet they are well stocked and got great prices for the fashion you are looking for.

Only thing that upsets me is buying cloth though it is expensive and then seeing the same cloth on sale poking myself if I have waited for some time But I love H&M anyway.

Large H&M store over two levels. Men's wear, women's wear, children's wear and home wares. Great range at great prices. Recommend shopping here for work wear, casual wear and semi-formal. Didn't have to wait long to be served either as this store is much quieter than the one at Chadstone.

Picked up some bargains! Clean bright, lots of varieties of smart casual clothing. Worth the visit.

So touching to see supermarket staff with senior citizens doing early morning exercise in front of the fashion shop!

Good variety of clothing, well priced, friendly staff. Some staff could be a little more helpful though.
It is clean & has good sized changing rooms. Their stock changes often with good sales you can really bag a bargain at. Always go with a little higher budget than anticipated as you'll probably find yourself snapping up good quality clothing at a competitive price that doesn't look exactly the same as other chain stores but has a small twist of flare to maintain originality and stay current. I always enjoy shopping here & am happy with how full my bags are compared with what I spend! The quality is also good and even my 4 year old sons clothing lasts well from this retailer! I'd say I like 75% of what they sell which is a high rate for one shop in my books. Enjoy!

Customer cannot check the availability of the product directly via telephone to the store. No interstore product transfer. The system is not user friendly to the customer.

Has a good range of clothing and price also reasonable. Also I must say that quality is at a higher level.

Unfriendly staff (one girl acted very rude when asked the price of an item) and be careful as the cashier made a mistake by charging a higher amount for a discounted item.
