I ordered 3 rings for my friends and I, and we're obsessed with how they turned out. Since the pieces are handcrafted, I thought it would take weeks if not months to be completed. But we received our order in just under 3 weeks, which is so impressive (also during Christmas period as well). The ring is super dainty, which was what we were after, I'm hoping to buy a necklace next!

Sherriden in Client Support sent example photos of what the rings might look like before I placed my order, and kept me up to date with the crafting of the rings and their shipping, meaning I wasn't once wondering what was going on or when the next step would be, as I had all the information throughout the entire process.

I was so blown away by HLSK! Not only do they make incredible pieces but they were so helpful. I’d been searching for months for the perfect wedding band to fit around my engagement ring. I had found a few options that I thought might work from HLSK and was tossing up between two, I was a bit worried about asking for help as my engagement ring was from another Australian jeweller. But once I reached out the team at HLSK were incredibly helpful and kind, they provided me photos of the bands around the same sized stone so I could see exactly what it would look like. They also (at no extra cost) custom made my band to my size as it wasn’t listed on the website. I’m so happy with my purchase, it arrived so quickly after being made and the support I received was really amazing. I couldn’t recommend HLSK more highly!

Such a pleasant experience purchasing my engagement ring from HLSK in Melbourne! Such unique and elegant styles, lovely service and the option for bespoke pieces.
We flew from Sydney just to see and buy the ring in-person and it was absolutely worth it.

Can't overstate how great these guys were. Contacted them about a bespoke engagement ring and they went back and forth with me via email for a month with ideas and videos, always replying very quickly (like 24-48h) and never making me feel stupid for knowing nothing about rings. When i finally went with one of their in-house designs instead they made it in record time, and when I went all type-A because I didn't like the diamond they had selected they were beyond great about it and let me select one I did like and swap it out for free! A+ customer service and amazing products that are reasonably priced. Will 100% be back! (But not for another engagement ring. Hopefully.)

The journey started 12months ago when I decided to design an engagement ring with the proposal planned for Feb 2022.

I didn't know how long the process would take so I began to research jewellers. It didn't get off to a good start, most didn't respond to my enquiries, while others didn't seem to be interested in my business.

I came across HLSK on Instagram from a friends post and took a look at their online site. I found a design that caught my eye and knowing my partner started the journey to custom the ring to her perfect style.
Thinking the process would be long I enquired via the website bespoke online form. Best decision I made the whole journey.

Annie promptly responded and started talking through materials, stones and designs. She was incredibly patient with me, and after multiple emails back and forth, answering all my questions we were ready to progress to the next stage.

After an extremely reasonable initial deposit, the design team emailed through a PDF brief, specifically tailored to my design specifications with a few different options and renders from different angles.

Again some back and forth to perfect the design and we were good to go. Once the design brief was finalised we required a 50% deposit to move on to the resin model being made and hooning in on the perfect stone.

We were amid the Melbourne lockdowns so it was impossible to visit the showroom, but the team were amazing and facilitated in numerous photos and videos, in different lighting, inside and out and helped me pick the perfect stone.

After 2 months of so many questions, I'm sure the team were getting sick of me, The final payment was made and production started on the finished Design.

Within 2 weeks, it was completed and in my hands. I couldn't believe it. From vision to finish it was perfect and Annie and the team were to thank. I couldn’t have done it without them.

They were fast, enthusiastic, insightful, understanding but most of all patient, and at no point did I feel as if they were just trying to make money out of me, they made me feel justified and valued in my decisions and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

For 6 months I was hiding this ring and waiting for the day and when it did, not only did she say yes, she loved the ring.
