Highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour observed. The charges differed from the initially quoted amount. Despite requesting payment in advance, there was no agreement outlining the scope of work. Attempts were made to charge the buyer for adding another name to the title, and when the buyer declined, the conveyancer sought to impose the charge on the seller. Furthermore, an additional fee labelled as a conveyancing fee was applied to the final bill, even though the entire fee had already been paid upfront. Throughout the entire process, the conveyancer exhibited a lack of responsiveness and disrespect towards the client. It is advisable to steer clear of this conveyancer to avoid any potential regrets.
