Hired a Tens Machine, on the day of my labour the machine only worked if I held down the cords connected to the unit. Before I figured this out it only worked intermittently, which is no help during labour! Advised CS of issue, was not offered compensation or had a follow up. Was not impressed as I could not use this machine as it was intended.

Update: CS has contacted me and given a refund. Thank you.

Hire for Baby is an incredibly easy service to navigate. I borrowed a tens machine and they dropped it off to my door and will pick it up after birth. Very friendly staff and great product.
