Hippo Blue

I can't believe there is a negative review recently to this company's customer service just a few weeks prior to the start of school term, when I just had the most wonderful support from them. I have worked with different companies in the past and I noticed the difference. Hippo Blue's customer service/email support is impeccable. It is rare to come accross such given the size of the company. So I'm sure they'll grow bigger. It is normal to investigate the matter so they could find the appropriate solution so rather than jumping into conclusion we could at least give them a chance to complete the process, just like any other company there is a process but I find their response time is very quick.

I had a slight issue with my order and the response time, how the email was constructed, their ability to emphatize and the level of support is 10/10! They have resolved the issue and have gone above and beyond my request.

Pricing - they have the most competetive pricing at the moment due to the big discount they have right now, helping parents afford back to school stuff now that everything is going up.

Quality - what can I say? I have been using their products since my child was in preschool, and now that my daughter is going to Kindy, we are still going to use their products because they stand the test of time. I still have them on my child's old lunch boxes.

So imagine my shock seeing a recent negative review when I just had the most wonderful interaction with them. I was very surprised. You can see how professional they are by how they respond to each reviews. Other companies won't bother but I feel this company have high standards. I wish you more success and thank you for being part of my child's learning journey. My second child will sure use your products in the future. Wishing you all the best Hippo Blue!

Purchased after looking at multiple companies who did childcare stamps & stickers & deciding that I’d prefer to try this company. I previously tried the stickers at office works but they fell off after one round of sterilising my daughter’s bottles. These stickers haven’t failed or even smudged or faded after multiple sterilisations and washes.
The stamp works a treat too and comes with a replacement cartridge which my husband didn’t know about and accidentally threw out the stamp box with my daughter’s cartridge inside. When I enquired about purchasing a new one they explained I couldn’t purchase one but they would send me one for free and I only had to pay $6 postage. That goodwill and level of customer service shocked me in a good way and I couldn’t thank them enough for doing so.
I highly recommend their stamp and their stickers, and just them in general because they were so understanding.

I’m leaving this review to advise future customers to not buy into express post. I ordered my products on the 19/01/2023. Shipping confirmation on the 27/01/2023. I received auspost notification on the 31/01/2023 to expect it on the 01/02/2023. However, my order delivery date has been so far delayed everyday by an extra day, expected day is now 03/02/2023.

So happy with all our Hippo Blue products. We have the lunch bag, bento box, snack box, backpack, food jar, drink bottle and labels- pretty much everything they sell
We keep buying from them as compared to others the quality is great, they have a big range of cute designs, and the lunch range products are clever- the snack box fits into the bento box and you can move bits around to suit what you pack for the day. Great customer service too

Love my Bento Lunch Box! The quality is fantastic and holds all my go-to snacks inside. It even fits the ice block in the centre compartment to keep my sandwich cool, very practical. Will definitely be purchasing more.

Do not recommend! Delivery time took months and they aren’t good quality. Plus $5 delivery fee for a stamp is a bit steep if you ask me!

I bought bento boxes back 4 years ago and one of them didn’t work properly. The plastic insert in the lid kept falling out as it was not aligned to the lunchbox grooves. After a series of emails they finally sent me a replacement.

Even though this happened and both name discs rubbed off within weeks of use, I wanted to love this brand.

Before my kids were to start school, I bought a range of accessories to refresh the boxes and compliment their school lunchbox functionality. The new name discs arrived and both didn’t fit. Apparently they have a new model now with a different clip system that it’s compatible. There is a line about a one click system in the product description but with no clarity about what that means as both products have 4 clips on the discs. There is an assumption that the customer has knowledge what a one clip system refers to.

Considering that the disk name rubs off weeks after use, the inability to swap the disk is disappointing. And their suggestion when I emailed that I need to buy a new bento box to accommodate the new disc is ridiculous. They shouldn’t be penalising repeat customers for being loyal.

Couldn’t be more happy with Hippo Blue. From the quick turn around time, very friendly and helpful customer service.
Had to replace a part of the drink bottle my child broke, they replied to the contact inquiry incredibly fast, provided a link to order and it was ready for pick up so much faster than indicated.

Ordered 21/10/22 and received email notification said shipped on 17/11/22. I have not received the sticker till today 28/11/22. I will never order from them again

Love their products! I got a personalised bag from Hippo Blue for my daughter and it’s worth the money I paid! Will be buying more stuff for my daughter and my little nephews in the future:)

So happy with these labels! They stick onto a lot of different textures and surfaces, even the backpack! Such good quality and the cutest prints!
Also got the iron on transfers for daycare and they last so well on his clothes. No issues with coming off on the washing machine or the dryer. Love!

AMAZING QUALITY! I would give 10 stars if I could. Very happy with all my items from these guys. Great quality, vide rang of awesome products and great value for money. Plus really fast postage! Thanks again guys, my sons items look awesome with all his little name stickers and tags. He’s the coolest kid in town

Labels are not good quality specially the cloth ones, just came off the same day

I ordered a school sticker pack and bag tag, and honestly was disappointed. This is not the place I usually order from but because of lockdowns and auspost issues I decided to try somewhere I could collect my order from in person. The stickers are thin and flimsy, the shoe stickers are so thin and have no better adhesive on them than the iron on labels, and the iron on labels are bigger than the large stickers! The bag tag was also a let down as it is also thin and flimsy. You pay for what you get I suppose, it is inexpensive, but poor quality. Won't be ordering from here again.
