I have been using Hip Pocket Mornington for over 8 years and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and on many occasions going above and beyond to assist me. Whenever I am in the store I always find useful products for my industry and staff.

Ben and his staff are always excellent to deal with. No job is ever too difficult and all our embroidery jobs are completed on time without issue. Highly recommend Hip Pocket Mornington for all your workwear, embroidery and PPE needs!

Broken promises and disjointed organisation. I'm not sure why Emily and the team offered to take my embroidery job. It was one of the most complex processes I have had to deal with for a very simple job, if it wasn't for the commitment that the job would be done in 3 days, I would probably have pulled the plug on dealing with this company. The staff don't seem to talk to each other and when the job was eventually finished 2 weeks later, they had destroyed one of my shirts and the have the audacity to suggest to me it's because I wanted to have one of my own shirts embroided! Shop around I would suggest, because they are not cheap either.

Went over and beyond to find the apron I was looking for! Out the back, out the front, up ladders, down ladders, in boxes, on mannequins! Alas the apron I was hoping to purchase was found! Thank you team!

Professional & affordable. My other half who runs a landscape construction company has been using these guys for years. I recently opened my own business being a head lice treatment clinic and the service was brilliant. Emily was prompt and very professional, great working with her. 5/5 stars!
