Tina knows her way around the store and a great knowledge of products and everything for sale in the store. My purchase was very large and required a lot of advise and effort on Tina's part. Best service! I got 15 aprons embroidered here and they were done within a week. I also needed to change the colours a few times and Michelle was very friendly and nothing was ever a problem. Will be back.

Great if you have size 7 or 8 feet, don't go there if you have a specific brand and don't believe their "we'll have them in by xyz date". Thoroughly useless.

This place has pretty much everything for workwear; nursing clothing, safety wear, business wear, shoes, and even socks!

Ordered pre school uniform from Hip Pocket prior to Christmas. Over the phone ordering was easy and efficient and the staff explained timeframes to expect based on theirs and their suppliers closures of Christmas period. Got a text to advise my order was ready. Went in on Saturday morning and was greeted by all 3 friendly staff and was in and out picking up my order with no fuss. Great service:)

Have heard wonderful things about this place but going there my experience was not so great. I had a extremely rude teenage girl who was not interested at all in being there let alone in helping, her customer service was horrible. I was quiet shocked and left as I was very disappointed. I Will not be coming back to morwell hip pocket.

Very clean, walked out with exactly what l wanted - at half the price l was expecting. Can't ask for more.
