I bought online a uniform shirt for Gordon Pathology, the size correspondence is wrong. The label said 6 US 10 AUS. The correct is 6 US 8 AUS. So, the shirt is too small, because it's not 10 AUS but 8 AUS.

Ordered online, was in picking for 2 weeks, called the store was told they would have the stock Friday, then the order was in pending dispatch for another week. Live chat with someone who also had no idea what was going on even after explaining the situation to them, Called the store again to find out the stock never came to the store when they said it would. This all could of been avoided if they just said “there is a back order on your items, it’ll be delayed” poor customer service from both live chat and the store. When we finally came in to collect the stock the cashier didn’t even acknowledge my partner who was there to collect the order. Highly recommend going elsewhere

The team at Hip Pocket are amazing. I have dealt with them on a few occasions and they are always prompt and are very reasonably priced. Their extensive experience is so helpful when trying to decide on sizes. Brett and Katrina also helped me decide on logo size and placement for some merchandise.
