7All the staff is very friendly and helpful, bought the work boots last week, and it turns out that my new workplace provides it, so I want to process a refund, the staff is very helpful in all the processes until I receive my money back, this is the best shop I've ever visited!
I used to go to this shop and received good assistance. However recently had poor assistance from staff which is very disappointing.
The team at Hip Pocket are always very friendly and super helpful. I'm always greeted when i pop in and always asked if i need some help. Theyre happy to order anything in that they dont stock at the time which always comes in at a reasonable time frame and happy to carry boxes to the car even if theyre not heavy. Just those little extras that make purchasing there a real pleasure. Thanks team!
