Very poor service.
I have never come across a business that has such poor customer service. After having to wait more than 5 months for our uniforms, and nearly 6 months for our caps and during this time not one phone call to keep me in the loop as to when our order will be ready.
I had to initiate all the calls to chase my orders, it was just one excuse after another.
There were issues with our order. Part of the Order was cancelled even though paid for. After numerous request to speak to the manager not one call in 6 months to chat about my order or the issues we had. Finally today we picked up the last part of our order.
Hopefully management read this and improve on there service as it is very poor

Ordered three weeks ago. I'm still waiting. After a week, I contacted them as I had no updates. They advised that there is a delay in getting the item from their warehouse. It took another week before it was dispatched, but now, it's been sitting in, "Shipment details provided" for the past week. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting.

Stewart is amazing, been using him and his team for easily over a decade now. Just recently due to my 7 day a week work load and difficulty on getting to his store and Workware falling apart, found the Workware I required (I’m fussy to say the least) organised stock and hand delivered them to my workshop in 1 week! This service allowed me to not lose any down time at all. You can hit the ground running with this type of service. Cheers mate you and your staff are dead set legends! See you next time!

They have verry helpful staff and if they haven't got what you need they can order it in and it only takes a few days they have a good range of work boots work wear and beanys prices are verry good inexpensive great place to shop

Ordered online on Wednesday, as they were the best pricing for the steel cap boots we were after, they arrived in rural Victoria within 2 days, fantastic service will use them again for other items.

My partner and I went to get embroided work and casual shirts made for his business. The man serving us was extremely helpful, giving us great advice and making the whole process easy.

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband 1st week of Sept. I have called 3 times since and still don't have them. Is the end of October.

Now called Award Embroidery and Apparel. Fantastic service, helpful staff. Bought tops embroidery done on the spot.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 10th July 2017 as needed it urgent. They said it would take 2-3 days and now it is 24th July 2017 (14 days) but haven't received it till now and they keep on saying will call you but you never receive a call from them. And unfortunately when u call them they always say we will receive them tomorrow but GUESS WHAT. TOMORROW NEVER COMES.

If ya dont want to spend top dollar. The clearance section will have it cheaper. Work shirt for $16 is pretty good.
