Poor customer service.
I ordered my nursing uniform last year on December 20th to only now get all of my uniform. When I picked up the rest of my uniform they gave me a unisex scrub top instead of female.

Hip Pocket has an amazing range of work wear. I went in recently and got some threads. High quality comfortable work wear! Highly recommended!

Took a 100km trip down to Ballarat for my VU PARAMED uniform, I can wholeheartedly say that it was worth the long trip.

Not only was I pleased with their service, but Abbey went above and beyond to make sure I had no concerns with the purchases I was making. I was quite unsure coming in today, on my own for uniform requirements but they gave me the best care and advice.

Our business always buys our safety equipment pants and boots, I personally believe this store has one of the finest customer service teams I have ever encountered in many years of business.

I've ordered multiple things for work recently through hip pocket and they have gotten something wrong with every single item. Either missing, not embroidered or drawings not attached when requested. Very poor form for a uniform shop and inconvenient for me to keep returning to have things amended.

I went to hip Pocket to pick up my uniform for placement. When we arrived the store had clear markings and indicators for social distancing which was great! A worker handed me a box with my uniform order and told me that i was welcome to try this on in the change-rooms. I was with my partner who was helping me decide if i needed to go up or down a size as the pants were the tiniest bit too small. We then approached the same worker who told us we could try on the uniform and explained to him that they are a strange fit and that they were only tight around the thigh area, he then stood right next to me and my partner, ignoring social distancing and said, "oh but you're planning on loosing weight, right? ". It was really awkward because he smiled and my partner was furious. I was going to swap the pants for a bigger size but felt uncomfortable just being around this man and so we left the store. I then had to stop my partner who was furious from going back into the store to complain.i rang a day or so later and told another staff member what happened, they were super friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Friendly staff that listened and I got everything I needed. Great prices for quality goods.

Great range. Manager didn't try to recommend the most expensive items, but the most practical. Excellent service and told the time to explain the features of each item.

Needed a new new pair of work boots, the young lady who helped us was very professional and helpful in choosing the right pair of boots for me and the price was very reasonable.
Will be going back there when the needs arise.

This store gets super busy sometimes but staff is amazing handling it. Lisa have great understanding about products and did her best to find the right selections. She is definitely a great asset to the store. Store have wide ranges of work gears and very reasonable prices. Great work Hip Pocket.

Pleasant staff that were more than willing to help with my enquiry. They unfortunately couldn't help but offered to investigate for me anyway which is above and beyond the call of duty.

These guys are the work wear specialists. Be careful, as you can buy a suit on the way out if you are not careful!
