Appalling service. Left an order there which I was told would be ready in 3 days. 3 weeks later I went back to find out how far along it had gone as I had heard nothing from them only to find out it hadn't even been started. Then they done a rush job and called back within an hour to say please come pick it up only to find out they had not even followed the request I had made which might I add was in clear writing by the lady that took the order down. End result a messed up order that I had to go inquire about it's progress in person before they could start it. If I knew any other place in town that offered the same service I would have taken my business there but being new to town I knew no where and was left with an item so badly done I couldn't even use.

Jack is a long term Echuca Resident and a trusted Echuca establishment I wouldn't go any where else, if you live in Echuca these guys have your back with the best prices, the best stock and the best service around and that's a fact to be honest.
