John and his team have been so helpful for us. When our previous financial advisor retired, we enlisted Apex’s services. Over a number of face-to-face appointments John listened carefully as we explained our financial situation & goals, as well as our personal goals for spending (eg private education for our children, and overseas travel). After this, he prepared a really helpful document that showed our current financial position, investments & insurances etc, along with his recommendations for some changes, & rationale for each suggested change. His knowledge of different investment options, as well as life/income protection insurances was very thorough. John and his team made switching investments easy by completing a lot of the tedious paperwork on our behalf, and were great supports throughout the process.
