All staff and doctors are amazing. Dr Zeiyad, he's one of a kind. All my granddads in Morwell and here love seeing him. A very kind soul. Best in Gippsland.

Always friendly and competent visits. Doctor listens and takes time to understand my concerns. Can not speak highly enough about how I am treated by my doctor, path staff and reception. My clinic for a long time now.

I have honestly never met a more rude person than the phlebotomist that worked on the morning of 22/02/23. For such a wonderful clinic with usually lovely staff it was quite a shock.

The reception staff were polite & friendly.
Dr Zeiyad was through & ordered blood tests.
The nurse was gentle & caring.
All staff were on time.

The doctor was on time which is unusual for doctors. The whole team at Hillcrest Family Medicine are friendly and professional. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else

My Partner had an appointment with her GP here who was to coordinate a prescription from her specialist consultation. The doctor not only did not have the information the specialist had sent, but he did not even try to contact the specialist clinic or office to find the information during her scheduled appointment, and instead rushed her out the door early. He would not even discuss the recommended adjustments from the specialist, to document them for her work. Furthermore he pushed her to move to another clinic just because it was closer to home, ignoring the proximity of this clinic to work and our other routines.
As rude and borderline unprofessional appointment as we've ever experienced.

Honestly, I’m a new client. Firstly, I was placed on hold for 15mins, then the receptionist was abrupt and rude. I went to a standard appointment. The Dr. Cut me off when I was explaining my issues. He glared at me as if I was talking to much.

I felt defeated and simply answered a couple basic questions. He spent less then 5minutes with me and sent me home with the suggestion of gargling salt water.

I’m very frustrated because I’ve been sick on snd off again for almost 6months but GP’s don’t seem to even care to listen, let alone offer real help and advice.

Starting to feel very disappointed in this doctors service, I need to get new scripts done, I work 8am to 5pm looking on line at appointments none available after 4pm and also called today in my lunch break to be on hold for 5min

Terrible experience with this clinic after moving to town.first appointment the doctor told me off for requesting a script I need for my rheumatoid arthritis and treated me like some sort of criminal and berated me for expecting her to provide a script with no medical history. I had been very clear to reception when i booked appointment that it was my first time at the clinic and no one mentioned an extended appointment or what i might need to do or bring. Doctor was cold and unfriendly and not interested in my medical history.

Booked another appointment, after having my medical files transferred, this time for a telehealth appointment. Made it very clear that I was working and I would need a telehealth appointment. The call was scheduled for 3.45pm on the Friday before Anzac weekend. When booking i made it very clear i was out of medication, again for RA, i asked for any doctor available that week but the receptionist insisted i speak with the same doctor again.

3.45 cam and went and no phone call. As soon as i finished work at 4.30 I called the clinic and got the after hours message. So they left me on a long weekend without the medication I had needed which I'm not supposed to stop suddenly: (

When i followed up, found out they had marked my file "Did not attend". So apparently they had booked me for an in person when I had requested a telehealth.

Have no gone elsewhere and much happier. I suggest everyone else do the same.
