Hillbilly Coffee

After speaking with a patient of mine, he suggested giving these guys a go.
I have been on the hunt for a dark roast which is strong but also creamy and smooth with chocolate tones.
I had placed and order in the morning of Tuesday, finished work at 1pm to arrive home and have the beans waiting for me at the door.

The delivery and service is above and beyond what I was expecting.

And with that, I wasn't hesitant at all to get these beans in and try them out. I ordered a 500gm bag of Psychobilly Blend after reading many reviews. And this is my new found bean. Super pumped I found something that hits the spot with boldness but yet still smooth at the same time.

The Limited Edition Ethiopian is a completely unique taste. For something different I tried the beans pre ground (stovetop) and now I've worked out the right amount, the brew is excellent. This is a stronger brew; if you're used to companies that have signature blends, this one is a strong hit being all of one type. Well worth a try. My order was affected by delays in delivery, not the company's fault, but Joaquin offered to take it up with Aust Post - that's great service. It's awesome to be able to support a local company in the south east that provides a product on par if not exceeding CBD specialty roasters.

Great coffee and great service. Jason knows coffee and how to roast it, and even drops the coffee to my house on the way past. My favourite is Psychobilly - a glorious rich fragrant blend.

I have to say that PSYCHOBILLY is an absolutely awesome coffee and is a credit to Jason's skills and hard work, not yet tried the ROCKABILLY as getting through the awesomeness of the PSYCHOBILLY at the moment! I would definitely recommend Hillbilly Coffee to anyone who likes quality coffee

HillyBilly Coffee is located in the Mornington Peninsula Roasting onsite every week. They take artisan coffee to another level with three bends - Rockabilly, Psychobilly and Hipbilly organic. If you are after Cafe Coffee for home available in Beans, Stovetop, Filter or Espresso you need to try this coffee. Having tried so many blends we have stuck with HillyBilly in our Barista Touch Machine for over a year now.very happy)

Fantastic fresh coffee.
Used to buy my beans from supermarkets or other coffee retailers however the beans were roasted a long time ago, and at times on display unpacked so flavour was effected
Once I tasted Hollybiilly's beans, freshly roasted within a few days, my taste buds truly appreciated the change.

Had my first Hillbilly coffee a few months ago at a cafe. I loved it and just got around to buying a couple of bags for myself. I put a bag in the grinder at the office and everyone else loved it too!

Service, delivery are all spot on and priced right. Stocks some other local product including Tea Culture, Happy Happy Soy Boy. The decaf is a very deceptive blend, giving the the full coffee experience just no extra buzz.

After tasting it at my local had to get a bag of rockabilly roast for my home machine.

Easy to adjust machine to the suit the coffee. Came out absolutely perfect. As advertised and works almost as well on a good home machine as a commercial one. Excellent roasting hillbilly team.

Great family owned boutique coffee roaster. Jason has really honed his skills to get the best out of his coffee beans. There are lots of different blends to choose from and I would highly recommend giving their coffee a go.
