Typical Australian building built in 1980’s but has got newly renovate in some areas interior and kept the heritage part of the building as usual.

Easy process to enter independently. Great communication and safe, tram right out front. Close to absolutely everything on chapel st.

Quiet, easy to access and safe parking. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. Jenny was really helpful and the check in/out instructions were super easy.

Would definitely recommend for anyone driving into Melb.

Jenny was incredibly helpful. She gave me excellent directions on how to obtain the keys, enter the building and access the parking. When I left something behind she very helpfully arranged to return it to me. Wonderful, friendly service!

There's no reception, so you have to text your license and a selfie to get access to the key. It wasn't obvious how to get into the carpark. We followed another car in!

The flat seems well equipped and clean. The views from the generous balcony of room 506 were quite spectacular, day and night.

The bedroom barely contains the double bed. You literally have to shuffle sideways to get around it.

The room was alright, but there was no hot water and the person in 212 is very noisy - banging hammering and stomping until midnight every night. Avoid all nearby rooms.

The apartment I had was a fantastic size. The amenities inside the unit was awesome. Kitchen, bathroom and even a laundry. I was impressed with this apartment and I would stay here again. Jennifer, the onsite manager I dealt with was super lovely and very kind. The apartment was reasonably priced as well. I had a lovely small balcony and actually a really cool view. The location of this apartment block is ideal also. Walking distance to everything.

Dirtiest room ever. White stains on bedspread. Absolutely filthy like a brothel.
I arrived to a room with UNCHANGED SHEETS, balcony door wide open, insects everywhere, stained toilet.and when I called Sam the manager he said it was ok to check out and he would give me a refund.
I did as he said and walked for ages to find a different place to stay.
Then he REFUSED TO REFUND after I already stayed elsewhere at a more expensive cost.
He also charged my card without authorisation.stay stay STAY AWAY.
