One of the bad experience i had with this restaurant, the staff specifically who is taking an order doesn’t have the sense how to talk with people

Please let your staff aware that they are not dealing with only Uber drivers. Especially girl at the front have no clue of any customer service. Advise her to be polite and alteast have some courtesy to show respect to the customers.

Food is very average, nothing special or notable. The cashier couldn’t understand when I was asking for no sauce on the burger and no surprise the burger came with sauce. The wait was long the inside is not inviting at all.

I've finally stumbled upon the perfect spot for kebabs in the area, and it's safe to say that this place has completely replaced Hallam Kebabs (Emrem Kebabs). The kebabs here are beyond compare, a 100000% improvement over the competition.

What makes this place truly outstanding is not just the mouthwatering kebabs but also the welcoming and friendly staff. They add a warm and inviting touch to the dining experience. The kebabs are a true delight, and don't get me started on the fries – they're a must-try!

Ordered $43 of food for delivery. Received package to find large chips were missing from order. Phoned to advise restaurant. Girl I spoke to was unapologetic, stated they had supplied the item, I re-iterated that it was not supplied and they insisted again it was. I raised my voice at the time as they were effectively calling me a liar or that I was so stupid that I could not see the large chips that WAS NOT THERE. AT this stage, the girl advised me to come to their place and pick up the chips. I stated that I have no interest in doing so as the order was for delivery and by this stage I had no interest in being called a liar and also have to leave my home to rectify their mistake. She continued to argue and called me rude on two occasions when I was no such thing and only raised my voice after her insistence that I was wrong. I said that I would only come to their store to return the order and obtain a refund on the spot to which she agreed. I was extremely angry at this stage at being called rude and essentially a liar but I took the food and drove to their shop to obtain my refund. When I got there, the girl was still unapologetic and insisted on making the large chips on the spot whilst I waited, to which I refused and just wanted my refund as discussed. The girl said they cannot give a refund and that I had to contact menulog for the refund. I said that she told me to bring back the order for refund to which she denied and said that she told me to contact menulog for refund - again calling me a liar and outright lying herself. I am normally a calm and easygoing person but I will get my back up when I am being called a liar and treated like a fool. I could have erupted at this time but instead told them to roll it and store it where the sun doesn't shine and left to contact menulog. Do yourself a favor and avoid, this place does not offer anything unique apart from lack of ability to handle customers in a courteous manner. I am absolutely rolling my eyes as I write.

Waited 15 minutes just for some one to walk up to cash register and another 1h just for our food

Mr Beast Burgers has arrived in Narre Warren! Whilst I've liked other local burger options more, this is a clear winner for parents who want to treat their kids to something they have only ever dreamt about experiencing overseas! It was a fun bite out.

I didn't receive my crunchie frappes from an Uber order, called the driver and he said the drinks weren't there when he picked the order up because restaurant was too busy. I paid $75 for 5 items, since this they have not answered the phone either.

Will never order food from here again. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and wedges and it tasted stale and like it was sitting there all day and had been microwaved. Food is terrible and the quality of food yuck. Never again!

Raw chicken burger. Afraid we are never coming back again or ordering from their UberEats store which is oddly under a different name - Absurd Bird.

Mine and my partners favourite cheat meal place. The buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce are my #1 favourite wings ever. We always get the Philly cheese wraps and add jalepenos and chipotle and it never fails to hit the spot. On occasion the quality can dip (gritty meat) hence the one star deduction and is definitely better having fresh at the restaurant but overall a solid choice

Oh man if you have tried the Philly Cheese Steak HSP, you are missing out!
May not look super appealing but this is one to crave for! Be prepared for some long waits as these guys are busy for a reason… if you’re a local or in the area- or just having some late night cravings- this is the place to go!

I have ordered the fried chicken wings and buffalo wings a few times via uber, wait has never been long and both types of wings are so good that make me crave them often but l try hard not to resist on ordering as l keep on thinking "damn, the weight gain! " we live them and they are never enough because of the taste

This is one of the best burger places in the area, way better than mcdonalds cardboard burgers the wraps are also very flavourful.

I’m sorry but this has got to be the worst takeaway I’ve ordered. Tonight I ordered $93 worth of food from Highway Eats via Uber Eats;
Oreo Churros, the Greek Style HSP, Popcorn Chicken HSP, Mozzarella Sticks, the Premium Mixed HSP, the Crispy Chicken Mac ‘n’ Cheese & Bacon Wrap and the Double Cheeseburger & Bacon Wrap.
I bought this for my family as a takeaway treat, I thought I would give this place a go as the items on the menu were different to what other restaurants have, it drew my attention.
To cut to the chase, unfortunately I have to say that most of these meals tasted very bland. I didn’t enjoy it one bit and I’m a huge foodie. It made me feel sick after having a few mouthfuls of my food. The food had no flavour, even the Oreo Churros that we had for dessert had no flavour. I was hoping that these churros would make up for our meals as I’ve never seen Oreo Churros before. To be quite frankly honest, I do feel robbed. I’m really disappointed because I spent a lot of money on this order.

You are absolutely lying because of this negative review. You know very well how long I waited. God knows better how long I waited, 10 mints, an absolute lie. Yes, I cancelled order because of your behaviour and I updated DoorDash about canceling it. You know about your behaviour during that time. In front of other customers, you were saying loudly ‘oooOooo’ do you treat delivery drivers like this. I don’t get extra money from DoorDash for waiting. We are not your servant, employee or slave.

I went there to pickup order. Waited 25 mints for nothing. Misbehaved. No humanity at all. Disgrace.

I bought 2 HSP yesterday (13/03/2022) and it was really hard to find meat in there. Lots of fries & significant amount of sauces that’s it. Not worth for money

I brought a hsp, it was absolutely terrible it was the worst one I've ever brought from anywhere the meat was dried out and burnt, on a late Friday night when your absolutely starving, and your a regular but they don't know that we was very upset, after 1, mouthful the entire lot was put into the rubbish bin, I went home and had to cook at 12 am sad as I won't be back unless it's replaced
