This grocer has an excellent range of quality, fresh produce, and is well set out. It's in a great location with other shops and businesses nearby, so you can get everything you need. Best to go earlier in the morning if you can because it can get very crowded.

Lines are always so incredibly long. Huge lack of staff. Cant even purchase something quick and get out because lines are always so long.

Only one or two staff for checkout and when asked to call the manager to serve, the cashier said he can’t because he is new to store?
What nonsense is that?

Was a great fruit shop but has gone downhill recently. Fruit prices are high but poor quality. Huge queues at the checkout, waste too much time waiting to pay. They should open more registers when it's busy.

I very disappointed with this place now adays. No one stacks up and replace from old to fresh fruits anymore. I dont mind pay a bit more, but iam expecting all products are fresh. Always short staff and crab service.

Good variety, very fresh, mostly cheaper than nearby woolworths for fruit and veg.
Also a great place to find different spices, and get some small house plants.

Love going to this place, where you always can find fresh veggies and fruits. They also have products on promotion which are much cheaper than other shopping places.

Always good. Have to make sure that you finish up produce quick as it doesn't last as long from Woolies but it's definitely cheaper and of better value.

Absolutely rubbish food.
All Cantaloupe Melon, Strawberries, and continental cucumber was rotten and I managed to use one central of cucumber and also cut the rotten skin of melon. Other cucumber & along "ALL above mentioned" went to a bin. I could not serve for guests.

I managed to use dry ham and salami but they didn't eat because it was dumb dry & old. Again, 80% of ham & salami cucumber went to the bin.
Last time I made with Coles was all consumed.

The the plastic sealed package look very nice but when open the package, it becomes another story. Ham and salami break up a part and even worse when cut them in pieces. If the person isn't skillful to roll them, there is no way able to see the rolls like this photo.

It would usually takes 15 min to make them but I took over 3 hours trying to save their food.
I would buy at Coles FRESH food in the future.

Guys, what on earth are you doing? The quality of this store has really plummeted since COVID and the prices are now more expensive than the supermarket, for the most part. The store itself is an absolute bomb site - produce is often mouldy or deteriorated - and there are fruit flies everywhere. Produce is now being replaced with supermarket items - there's a Woolworths next door. Variety might be good, but when you can't pick up a staple like ginger or spinach it means nothing. Also horrifically under-staffed. Think I'll go back to the market I was using during lockdown if there is no change to this store's cleanliness and quality.

The staff here are lovely and I love the range of produce available however this place is really understaffed. Even at peak hour there will sometimes only be 2 registers open which overcrowds the store. Hire more staff

Small space. Nice fruit. Would appreciate it if the bananas looked less green and more.banana-ish

I ordered produce from Marketplace Fresh's online store and scheduled a delivery for Wednesday between 2-6pm. The delivery was prompt - a little past two - and when I realised a couple of things were missing, I emailed their orders team and they immediately got back to me. The missing items were redelivered before 6pm - perfection!

Amazingly fresh produce, great service and really good value for money. Thanks so much!

Quality and range is normally pretty good though prices can be a little high, no surprise being in highpoint though.

You can get wide variety of fruits and vegetables but getting pricey as their popularity is growing.

A little dissapointed with the guy that works there in the mornings who never wears a mask.

Worse still I was washing my hands in the toilets near the shop a couple weeks before writing this review & he came out of a toilet cubicle as I was leaving. I followed him out (no I wasn't tailing him, we just walked out at the same time) He went straight back to work at the fruit & veg.

Even if you're an anti vaxer or don't believe in wearing a mask probably still a good idea to wash your bloody hands when handling food ‍️‍️
