Very nice ambiance.open n welcoming.
The buffet was qell arranged and all the foods was excellent! And they have my fave.tiramisu was yummmm.
Will visit when next time am in town.

The service and food is good, they have a wide range of foods to cater for everyone and the ascetics are really good

Highly recommended if you had a long day and want to eat for 12 people this place is amazing the food is always fresh

We went for a birthday lunch to the Highlands Hotel buffet, it was less than impressive. The food was bland, cold, overcooked, reheated, and overall unpleasant. It was not worth the money we paid, and I have no intentions of returning. It was a huge disappointment.

Been there many times. Managers and staff are always nice and helpful. Food is good as well.

I had a family lunch and dinner at the Highlands Hotel Buffet, both within the past six months. Most food was good quality, though found on both occasions that the food was cold from the carvery area (Roast meats and vegetables)
Great Dessert Bar!

Had dinner hear a bunch of times in the restaurant section when it was opened. And for 'all you can eat' it's pretty darn good.
Staff are polite and helpful. And the places is usually pretty fun and gives a fun vibe. Full for a reason.
Sports Bar is what you would expect, always enjoyed myself. As well as the parmas.
Quite a few pokie machines as well, which is always abit of fun. I walked away $10 in front for the day which is enough for me.

Buffet food is delicious and very filling. Customer service was amazing! Specially Kesaia at the bar is very friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

Food was nice. The dessert was delicious, especially the sticky date pudding. We went on a Sunday which was quite expensive. The staff were friendly.

Attended buffer lunch. There were variety of food, Asian, Western and Middle East foods. It will be better if they could extend the time to be there more.

Way too expensive for a pretty average buffet. Lots of variety but I didn’t enjoy much of the flavour, it was either over spiced or very bland. The pizza station had basically only cheese pizza and all the Asian food was gross. Really nice wait staff though.

I called them to book and i waited more than 15 minutes and no one answered me and that happened more than one time.

Food was good as always, but customer service was very dell, no motivation, just spoke to us when told its time for us to leave or time was up. I thought they wanted us as customers since they have not worked for two weeks.

It's got good variety, not the best seafood though.it's recommended if you are into middle eastern cuisine and some italian.

We went twice here, people there are not friendly, although we pay for unlimited, staff will see when we finish, before we use to stay here for 2 hrs, now they made 90min and at 9.10 they say it’s closing in 20min.and they start to throw the food at 9.20 although our time starts from 8 to 9.30.staff here threats customer very badly.

Excellent.went here last Monday for a birthday party, been here once before, food and staff were even better.

Actual venue itself is pretty nice, staff I did speak to were polite and helpful. Not really a fan of all you can eat buffet style restaurants so I'm a bit bias however, the foods I did choose were satisfactory. We had a table right next to the bar as I was part of a birthday which was a good location as it wasn't too noisy and obviously very close for ordering drinks. The rest of the place was very loud, lots of crying / screaming children (granted it was Eid so I presume alot busier than usual trade) and car park was packed but everything was clean, the place was warm inside (it was absolutely freezing that night!) And everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves. It's not my type of place but I can see why it was so popular!

Incredible place for celebrating a great event with friends and family. The food is great and comes in a very wide range, so anyone can find something to eat. The kids play area is also a great addition to let kids play and also have fun in family gatherings.

Food is mostly dry and lacking flavour but has a good variety of choices, improve the time put into making the food taste good and i wouldnt go anywhere else for buffet

Great quality food with a good variety of options. Clean facilities, nice atmosphere and most of the staff were very attentive. Bar one abruptly spoken individual behind the bar lol. Took it as she had a long day (sometimes we have them - decided to laugh it off) didn't take away from the occasion. Will return and would recommend.
